What is up with me today !!

I am so hungry all day ! I eat and am still hungry

Could it be from my PMS (last month I was not this hungry) or could it be that I am becoming immune to the hcg (I am on day 30)???

What kind of hcg are you on? Rx shots or sublingual, or hhcg pellets or sublingual, and dosages, times, etc.
You might need to adjust.

And are you at your goal weight? It IS possible your body is just DONE, even if you don't want to be. Just a thought. It may pass, also - and you may be fine in a day or two.

I have had hunger before with my dose (I am on pellets) and have realized I need between 2 to 3 pellets per dose (3x a day) to ward of hunger. Today has just been really different then before hunger wise. Maybe after 30 days on the hcg I need to go up to 4 pellets per dose now???

Maybe. I don't think I would go less - you can try it.

But be aware that if you really are at what your body considers to be a healthy weight, you will get ravenously hungry. I've seen it. It's not pretty. Dr. Simeons mentions in Pounds & Inches that issue (if you want to read that part I can try to find it). If so, you may have to be done or risk losing "normal" fat, the kind we need to pad our feet, or organs, etc. There is a way to handle that to ride out the round if you haven't had enough days in to quit a round yet. I'm not saying you are and I'm not judging you in any way. I'm just trying to say that our self image is usually so skewed after a lifetime of being dissatisfied with our bodies we can get carried away

You could consider riding it out by eating maybe a teeny more protein, like a few eggwhites. If then the hunger passes and you keep losing weight, you might be ok and not going too low. I've seen that done as a temporary measure.

I'm on drops...and I have been absolutely starving this week and have caught myself going for food even though I'm not supposed to have it. grrr...I even stuck a bite of cake in my mouth, only to spit it back out!! I keep wanting another apple...or another melba...ANYTHING!!!
You might need to readjust your dosage...but you might be done, like c'marie says
I am going to do an apple day tomorrow just to try get my hunger under control...I know it sounds crazy, but I have really been struggling with wanting to cheat
