Rogue folks - Can you combine HCg & Low Carb?
I'm just curious. I was doing this by protocol last time but I didn't make it past a week, lol!
So I went back to what I know has worked for me in the past - very low carb. But I was wondering, have any of you had success using both Hcg and low carb? Thank you |

people do it by omitting the melba and fruit, but I say why?
I've done LC for so long I welcomed having free rein to eat fruit and the little bit of grain this has ![]() Then again, rogue means something to everyone...like adding different vegies or mixing them...I'm not sure what everyone is doing...but I am a strictly protocol kind of girl...If I were you, I'd look at the rogue threads ![]() |

I am using hHCG, and eating about 1000-1200 cals per day, with 19g of Carb. I've had a lot of success - much more so than following protocol. The 500 cals was just killing me.
I'm down about 20 lbs, 10 after I switched to low carb. But I feel so much better on a daily basis. I don't feel the need to cheat at all... there's just so much out there for low carb diets and recipes. |

I am starting LC with HCG...this is day 3 and I am down 4 pounds. I did this before close to the plan...but didn't get very far....didn't lose anything either.
I have about 90 to go.... |

Are you guys doing the drops or the shots? I got the drops but I am wondering if they really work or if it is just the super low calories and the placebo effect that works. I am actually a little scared about taking my calories that low, but I am willing to try it for a week or so

So, aand, you just got what kind of drops?? And you follow a low carb diet, and make sure you eat between 1000-1200 calories a day, and you are losing?? I would love to take off another 10 lbs., but I do not want to go to protocol again. Can you just give us a few specifics please?? Thanks!!

I stall every round about the second week and start alternating calories from about 700-800 on down days to 1100-1400 on up days. It really picks up my losses; I feel great and enjoy it a lot more. I usually low carb it on up days and just lately adding more fat has really kicked up my losses.
I work out every other day with a squat/lift routine for 10 minutes and Pilates for 5-10 minutes focusing on abs. I power walk every chance I get anywhere for 30 minutes to just running errands. It always appears I'm in a hurry ![]()
