Uh oh. What--have you been just randomly shaking whenever? Don't worry. You should be fine.

No but I gave it a good 5 hard shakes. Shaking it once for 5 times, make sense? See how paranoid I can be? LOL

Hahahahaha! I think you are fine. It was just a funny image--your bottle of drops sitting on the counter...you walking by...shaking it every time... I have a very twisted sense of humor!

mine sat next to the computer for weeks and it never bothered them. They should be fine. I did the Greenweb brand and they were terrible. I switched to the Internountain pellets this go round and so far so good.

Rory, looks like yours is fine if it has the 6x 12x etc on the label. Some folks have gotten the kind with NO homeopathic in it at all - without the hcg, this is just another very low calorie diet and none of the longer term benefits - I'm glad you got the right kind!

@Lilac, I love you - you're such a peach <3

Just wanted to wish you luck with starting tomorrow! I'm following shortly behind you with my first P2 session. I'll be doing my loading starting on Tuesday of next week.

I'm excited about this hcg diet. But there's this little voice in my head telling me to not get too excited, because it's probably not going to be any different than any other diet, and it's not going to work. I sure hope that little voice is wrong.

Have an enjoyable time loading tomorrow. Won't it be fun to eat without guilt? I'll be following your progress, and posting my own beginning next week.

Thanks, Betty! I'm still going for it. Almost ready to start P2. Someone else suggested that I start a journal, so I'll probably do that in the next few days. It's still hard for me to believe this will work, but I'll give it a whirl and see what happens. Maybe the wonderful people on this forum will make a believer out of me after all.

(((Hugs))) to everyone! Thank you!
Just seeing this now so sorry I am late to the party. My DD was just diagnosed this March with type 1 diabetes. She is only 10 years old, but since I have been on this forum since it was born ( I remember when the hcg forum was just a thread in the other plans section. whew talk about long threads to weed through. those would get to be 100 pages long ) I have been here forever. When she was diagnosed a poster on here helped me through those murky first few months. Her avi name is Hexatheamazon and was so helpful I think you can do a search in this forum for her posts. She has done the hcg, has type 1 diabetes, and has done really well. I am sure she can assure you that this is a good plan for diabetics.

Just wanted to tell you both that I also have a child with Type 1. My son was diagnosed when he was 7. He's now 29, is a software architect, a marathon runner and is now a father himself. Still hoping for a cure, though. It's a tough life having to be 100% responsible for your health 100% of the time. Technology helps, though.

Thanks Dawn and Margarita! I will look for her posts. Yes, my daughter has had type 1 since she was 6. She's 19 now. Wears a pump and is doing fine. She doesn't really need to lose any weight, she's just vain...lol. I guess I can't blame her though.

When I started this hcg plan my 15 year old wanted to do it too Yes, teens are vein indeed!! He wanted the fat to melt away to reveal those washboard abs he has been trying to get. He saw the results of my doing the hcg---the fat melted away from my arms to reveal muscle underneath. He hasn't done it yet, but knows how to get those ripped abs when he DOES want them
