Help!! No weight loss
Hi! I'm on day 7 of phase 2 and I've lost 10 pounds! But for the past two days I haven't lost anything!!
. I'm so discouraged! I followed the plan to a tee without any cheating. Yesterday I ate tuna, spinach, Melba toast and an orange for lunch and the curry chicken salad for supper! HELP!!! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!Tammy |

Be patient, and keep doing what you've been doing. You had a great initial loss.. and sometimes the body just needs to catch up a bit.
Others may have different suggestions, but that is my 2 cents.... Congrats on the loss!!! |

I am not 100% positive, but I don't think tuna is protocol (that being said, rogue is fine for some
) I usually stick with shrimp, but crab meat and lobster are okay too. White fish is also okay acording to P&I...and I'm pretty sure tuna isn't white fish. 10 pounds is also AWESOME losses (I had 8 pounds in that time)....and for me, after the first week, I slowed down to .5 pounds per day which is also pretty good. According to P&I when you aren't noticing losses, you begin to notice inches which does not always register on the scale (non scale victories) but also it \says after a good amount of loss...you body sometimes has to catch up with the scale and you will have a whoosh (not his words, but the gist) Good luck, sound like you are doing fantastic ![]()

Beach -- you're right .. tuna definitely isn't protcol. I do rogue, so that didn't even register with me...
Maybe one of the protocol folks will come over here and get nitty gritty on this! |

Thanks!!
I ordered my hcg from elsewhere and in my approved foods list I'm allowed tuna packed in water. Interesting that it's not for you. Are you on the drops or injections? I'm on homeopathic drops. Thanks for the note about losing inches. That makes me feel better! |

you have done so well with rogue!! I didn't (of course, I am a little rogue here and there...but overall just protocol for this girlQuote:
![]() Tuna doesn't seem to be affecting your losses...so more power to you Like in beef...beef is protocol but in P&I, it specifies American beef is fattier than others so doesn't recommend...but some people do fine...and I do okay, but not well enough to make it worth my while...I really truly believe it is the individual body a lot of the time..AGAIN...you are doing awesome...if you continue to have a stall...look at your menu |

Tammy, don't be discouraged! I just had a six day stall and then had a 3.0 loss. You will have some days with no losses, sometimes many days. It's all part of the process.
But I feel your discouragement, believe me!! ![]() |
