Jeanette I have no Idea how that worked out lol...heading to Lake Okeechobee for an air boat ride with the family. It's 60 here which is cold for us South Floridians so I'm all bundled up lol

We are rocking being able to have our little cheats and still maintain! Guess we will be moving over to the P2 thread for me starting Saturday. I will miss our Newbies thread but we are def not Newbies anymore!

Scale was at 200 for me this morning...Don't know how I managed that but it's awesome! Spending the day w/ DH running errands and will either go to lunch at O'Charley's or Carrabba's. I am promising myself I will only eat 1 pc of bread at either place. I love the salad at Carrabbas that has the creamy parm dressing & I get extra kalamata olives & add tomaotes!

Have a great day everyone! Got to get to bed tonight by 10. I've been staying up til 1 or 2am for the past week.

still in window after HORRIBLE eating! I can't even believe it! I'm up about a half lb and that's it! not even little cheats, yeesh. I'm stoked I got away with it, but kind of wish I hadn't, in a way.

Natasha, my oatmeal for lunch, which seemed really delicious at the time, now PALES in comparison to your lunch plans! I want go with you! LOL!

I end up staying up late, sleeping late, and then it will be difficult for me to get back into a work schedule!

Way to go STAR!!! It seems we've all been bad and able to maintain.

Morning Ladies! Back to work I am today. Guess all my being bad caught up with me. I'm not going to do a CD since I'm so close to my next round. Scale was at 202 this morning. I did eat more than 1 pc of bread at Carrabbas. BAD I KNOW...But I only ate half my meal. So eating LC today and will see what happens in the morning.

Hi girls! I haven't been able to be bad! When I did at Christmas I gained 2.5 over my LIW! At least, that's what I know I gained, probably more than that! I weighed in at 199.5 today.

Menu yesterday:
B: oatmeal/flaxmeal with coconut butter
L: prosciutto wrapped havarti
D: two chicken thighs

I lost .5, but had hoped to get closer to my 198.0. I want to be as close to 198.0 on the 3rd as I can. That's when I begin my gorge!

Okay, I noticed Natasha that you used ground turkey. That's not on the original protocol, but you had great success with it, so I'm thinking of trying it (it's a lot cheaper than ground chicken). But I must admit I'M SCARED!

I'm buying a crap load of chicken, canned tuna, and cabbage and onions and lettuce for this second P2...just weigh and portion/freeze. I might do that on Saturday...have very thing ready. It's what I hate most of P2...weighing all the dang meat!!!! I'm buying my ground buffalo again cuz I ate it often and had it with onions and hot sauce

I'm doing the same thing. I found chicken tenderloins on sale, and I've already grilled, weighed and frozen about 12 bags of chicken. Next I'm making P2 chili to freeze. I think I'm going a little rogue this round (eating ground turkey, broccoli, and green beans).

Gotta go grocery shopping, but keep playing on the computer instead....oops!

Yea I had no trouble at all with the lean ground turkey. I started using it when I thought the ground beef wasn't processing thru my system. I also had a batch or two of green beans and some broccoli w/ no trouble at all. I will stick to the regular rules as far as everything else. Only thing I need to pick up now is broth, cabbage, salsa & some garlic melba toasts.

B - 2 scrambled eggs & bacon, mocha capp w/ hwc
L - Big salad w/ veggies & leftover Rigatoni Martino (only about 4 pcs of rig in it)
D - either tilapia/shrimp & spinach or just some tuna salad (depends on time I get home & if DH wants me to cook!)

I guess I need to be thinking about when I took my drops! It's 15 mins before meals right or after? I think I took my am drops before breakfast, lunch time drops after lunch and pm drops after dinner. I'm about to head over and check out my journal! TaTa

Loading tomorrow ladies!
Been sorta already loading though, I have been eating bad bad bad and still hovering around 158...it's weird...
I am eating everything I can think of that I haven't touched in awhile. I figure I will probably eat it and be like oh that doesn't taste as good as I remembered and be ok LOL...my first round I only gained 1 pound and I ate like a crazy woman...so much that I had bathroom issues the first friggin week!

I think I want some sushi...I haven't had sushi since October before my load. I'm kinda over cookies, hehehe...being that all I have been shoving down since Saturday is cookies

Today I had pizza...but I only could eat two slices and I felt like I was gonna pop so most likely my plan of eating lots and lots won't work as well as I imagine it will? I do want a cheese steak some time before I start on Sunday.

Now what has me all worried is keeping the darn pellets away from electronics...you should have seen me just now wandering around the house with the bottle. I'd stop somewhere and be like, oh this is a great spot...then be like no no no, there are electronics nearby! I wandered around for like 10 minutes before my hubby said to me that I should just drop them in my camera bag and not worry to much. But that's me...I follow rules religiously and then worry when I think I am breaking them LOL... Natasha when are you loading?

Sunny - LOL I was worried about keeping the drops away from electronics but managed to somehow I assume since they worked.

I have been bad this week too. I also had pizza last night after I said I was going to do a strict LC day! Now the scale is up another .5 to 202.5! YIKES! I feel bad for letting go but I think it's b/c I know the next round is so close. I am doing a partial EGG CD today for what it's worth. I'm having 3 eggs & 1 sausage patty for breakfast, 5 hb eggs made into egg salad for lunch. Not sure about dinner...Maybe it will help a little.

Loading tomorrow! Cheesesteak sounds great! I'm planning on Krytals & a Krispy Kreme donut at the least Saturday. I will have a couple of drinks that night and some cake b/c it's my twin Cousins birthday. They will have tons of food there I'm sure at their party. I have my avocados as well to eat and may make the cheeseburger pie on Sunday along w/ my black eyed peas & collard greens.

Have a good day all I'm off to eat my eggs! LOL Am I crazy?!?!

We all are C*R*A*Z*Y! Love. It. I was up to 200.5 today, so a CD for me too! I ate chocolate and banana nut bread last night, so I'm not surprised. I had good intentions too!

I'm sad I won't be loading with you guys, but with my flex spending account, I have to wait until the new year, and the 2nd was the first appointment time available. Therefore my first day is the 3rd. I have my menu made. I'm working on an excel program that will add the calories you add to it, so I can keep up with my calories on my computer. I've grilled my chicken and made my turkey P2 chili, so I am totally in prep mode!

Hope my daughter has great results because we all know how motivating that is...

OH YES a biscuit w/ gravy or sausage biscuit is on my list too! I miss our Ms Winners restaurant. They had steak n cheese biscuit, biscuit w/ sausage gravy, cinnamon rolls. MMMMM I guess I should say I'm glad it's gone! It was too close to home! It's probably what helped make me FAT! LOL

So Jeanette you'll be LOADING on my 2nd VLCD...BOO HISS!! I'll be jealous of you then! LOL

Good morning ladies...quiet on the boards today! I weighed in at 197.5 and I was THRILLED! I had birthday breakfast with my mom, I ate western omlet, it was very good. I've had a chicken thigh, 2 slices of cheese and a piece of grilled cubed steak (I know very weird). The problem is I'm working in the kitchen, hence the snackiness! For those of you gorging today, I wish it were me, and for those of you not, hang in there with me!
