I apologize if this has been asked a million times but regarding the 1tbs of milk per day - does it matter which type of milk, skim, 2%. whole? TIA!

I would assume since on VLCD we are to use no fat, carbs etc. we are allowed Skim Milk only. I do not use any dairy.

my only question is just what the heck can you do with 1 T of milk??? not enough for coffee, so how do you incorporate it?

Is there ANY coffee whitener allowed? like almond milk? soy milk? whatever? I ordered some stevia (packets and drops), hopefully that'll take care of the sweetener problem, but I am thinking that coffee without cream is going to taste not so good ...

He never specifies so I think that any should be OK. Besides, with 1 TBL I doubt you can hurt yourself if you use whole.
