Starting to workout again hoping to drop a few lbs in P4
TODAY! It has been 2 loooooong months! I am well into P4 now, trying to decide if I want to do a second round right after Christmas to lose the last 8 or try to do it on my own. SO, I will first try on my own to lose a few.
I eat around 1400 calories right now so I think I will keep it here and see if I need to cut back at all. I am still very low carbs, I think I do about 30 grams per day. I found if I increase this, I gain. I am only 5 feet so this is a good amount for me. ![]() My plan is to do Pilates or Yoga 3x's a week Jillian Michael's 30 day shred starting today 4-5x's a week and 45 min cardio 3 x's a week Seems like a lot but I feel in P3/4 I lost a lot of muscle tone. I feel smaller but soft if that makes any sense at all.
