VLCD15 and a BIG FAT 0 loss! Have been stuck at 204 for 3 days. Doing an apple day today to try and break the stall. I've not been doing anything different. I also haven't been going to the bathroom but every 3 days.

Good luck to everyone else who steps on the scale this am!

Thanks for the new thread Winders!

Another day of no loss. But I'm still losing - the pants I wore on friday are now definitely too lose to be worn by me again.

Hi all, we’re back from our trip and from my interruption weekend! I thought I would turn out better in some areas and worse in others.

I was planning on an ALL P3 wknd. For the most part, it was, but one night, things got ugly. I netted a 1lb gain from this weekend, but considering all that we ate and drank, that is nothing short of amazing! The first two days, I had all P3 foods except for a large portion ribs with BBQ sauce. All this food was sooo heavy on my stomach coming from 20 days of eating 500 cals.

The second day, I had 2 servings of no sugar added ice cream from the Penn State creamery. I thought that would hit me hard, but it didn’t. The rest of the day went well (P3). However, at night after a huge amount of drinks (lots of tequila and even one huge margarita), I had *GASP* 3 breadsticks and a slice of pizza. I did it consciously though. And that’s what helps me know that I’m so much healthier these days. I thought about it carefully and said to myself, this might result in a 4-5lb gain and you’ll have to spend days correcting this when you get back. So, naturally, the next day, I corrected myself and had all coffee and protein. I felt good.

Here I am on Monday back from the food and fun fest with only a 1lb gain. I’m back on P2 as of this morning, so no more eating!

Good Morning
P2 R2 VLCD 28 Reporting in from my not so low 1080 calorie Fat fast Sunday experiment.

Wow..is all I can say! Kapow... lost an amazing -1.8 lbs broke through that set point

I have never tried a Fat fast, It is so not what I would eat.
Out of all the fats I used I had real problems with the Coconut milk, so much stomache upset.

Positive results: I was warm, had loads of energy, not hungry at all, 8 pm bowel cleansings not diareah (sorry mabee too much info..)

Negatives: Coconut milk Nausea, I forgot that milk out of the can makes me sick, I found that out years ago, but I forgot. If it is cooked not so bad.
Had thirst, and had no problem drinking 4 liters of water yesterday.

BIG NEGATIVE for me: woke up in the middle of the night shivering and the shakes...I'm assuming that since I drank alot and had very little sodium...I must have thrown off my eletrolites? I feal fine this morning though.

Back to protocol hoping the weight loss number sticks.
Congrats to those who are losing and hugs to those who are struggling.
If anybody wants more details on my fat fast and menu let me know. Cheers!

My fat fast Sunday Menu

1 cup of Coffee with 2 tbsp HWC. 9 am 100 cal.
1 cup of coffee with 2 tbsp HWC 10 am 100 cal
Coco nut milk Mouse 1/2 recipe at 12noon 250 cal (The can 1 had in my cupboard was lower fat than the ones in nili's recipe and was not low fat coconut milk so I used up the recipe all yesterday )
8 macadamia nuts 2 pm 180 cal
3 oz Sour cr/Lemon pudding 4 pm 200 cal
Coconut milk Mouse 5:45 pm 250 cal.

Coconut milk mouse (can of milk refrigerated and liquids drained)
Coconut milk solids, add vanilla liquid stevia, 2tbsp cocoa

Sr Cream lemon pudding 6 tbsp full fat sr cream, stevia, tsp or more lemon juice and a bit of finely grated lemon rind.

This probably belongs in a "rogue" thread.
I've had real issues of stalling and gaining in round 2 hcg.
I would not have tried this if I wasn't losing so slow and wanted to bust through my known set point weight.

Lots of water in between the "mini meals" and don't forget to take your Hcg.

I do have other recipies I want to try, but I decided to go with the highest fat foods. P.S. These recipes are NOT mine. Inspiration I got from (nilihcg's channel) on youtube and her facebook fat fast recipes.

I forgot that coconut milk from the can causes me real stomache issues. I used to put it in smoothies 4 or so years ago. If anybody decides to try the fat fast let me know how you do.

WOE: HCG (tried it, liked it, should do it again)
Start Date: Need to get started again on some plan.
Hello ladies.

May I join you?

I am attempting to restart HCG. I did it last year and thought it was easy and lost 15lbs quickly and still have some of it off still.

Now it's time to start again. I ordered a new bottle that I plan to open today and start. I don't plan to do a load. I never have. I feel I was eating poorly enough, but w/o taking drops and I have to avoid fat. I had my gallbladder out this past July and that also has me wondering how I will manage using HCG, esp if I get lots of fat moving...it's got to be better than just before having my GB out.

The countdown pressure is on now as we leave in six weeks for a Caribbean Cruise and I want to look better in photos and might have a profession family portrait taken on the beach in FL.

I'd be happy to have 10lbs off by then, but since HCG can help wt leave quickly, I would be beside myself if I got off 20lbs cuz that would put me below 200 and it's been 10years since I was there.

I'm 10lbs heavier than after my surgery and after I lost 42lbs of water in one week using water pills. I had gained the 42lbs in one week in the hospital on an IV of saline, not able to have even water by mouth for a whole week due to pancreatitis.

I just paused in my typing to take my HCG drops and opened them to find the liquid brown inside! Turns out I ordered the wrong thing. It says it is HCG Solution. I wonder if it is to use with an injection system.

I took the plastic seal off the bottle and got it thru CVS online (only) and wonder if I can return them to the store.

Update: I called the 800 # for the product and they said that is the way it looks now and it is supposed to work better and that I just take it 15mins before lunch and dinner and not for bkfst. They said the dropper fills itself 3/4 of the way and that is the dosage. OK....I'm going to try it and hope I make it till lunch. I'm a bit rouge I guess having my apple in the morning with black coffee, but I can't see not eating all morning.

Anyone else ever use brown drops?

Welcome Mary, just right in!! The injection stuff comes in a powder, so no, its not Rx, you need a prescription for that or to order it from over seas anyway. Its probably homeopathic and fine. Good luck on your new round

R3P2VLCD8, down 1.2 pounds this morning. So far, in 1 week of VLCD I've lost 12.4 pounds including my loading gain. I'm now within a pound of where I stabilized after R2 - and I stayed there all summer, just gained on vacation in September/October.

Ready for week 2 and more losses!!

Bailey, 3 days isn't a stall, I wouldn't do an apple day yet. Esp if you need to go to the bathroom. Every so often your body just needs a few days to catch up, if you are staying on strict protocol and drinking your water, your body will start releasing fat again soon. Hang in there and be patient you will never lose weight every day, and pauses of 2-3 days are common.

First of all,

Second, make sure that these drops really have some hHCG in them. Most of the products that you buy from places like CVS contain no HCG at all. Look at the ingredients, they are usually just a lot of amino acids, etc. Does it say anything like 6X 30X, etc? Most homeopathics do. If your drops don't have any HCG in them, you won't get the results you are looking for, and that wouldn't be good.

Okay, I took this advice of a lady here at work who has done it already. She's in P3 now. I've already had 1 apple at breakfast w/ green tea, just had 2 at lunch w/ apple cinnamon tea and planned on having 2 for dinner. Should I just eat my turkey and cabbage for dinner? I am now out of apples and will have to stop on the way home for more! Is a stall considered 4 days then? Thanks!

Good pt. The bottle does say contains no hormones and does not say the 6X, etc. like the drops I've used in the past, but I'll give them a try. They claim many things, including this mix works better. We shall see. Their website says 100% refund w/i 30 days, so even though I got them at CVS, I hope if they don't work for me, that CVS will honor that as well.

Netrion sells the same thing I bought, so I should be able to post the link...

NiGen BioTech The HCG Solution

(the directions there are not the same as the woman at the 800# told me. It says 1/4 dropper, but she said there is a new way and to use 3/4 twice per day, once before lunch and once before dinner.)

and has a good review, if only just the one.

Down 1.5! Total is 6 pounds in 5 days! It really helps to just take it day by day for me instead of thinking I have to do this for 3 weeks! LOL (but it does seem to get easier the longer I stick to it without cheating)
I also ordered myself a few things as treats .....I ordered some boots for when I get to 10 pounds and then I just ordered some leggings for 15 pounds. My husband said but you haven't lost 10 pounds yet....I told him by the time they get here I will!!!!

Down 0 today. Isn't too bothersome since I know it's all part of the process.

I just read up on these, and they use amino acids. If its real homeopathic, it will say like 30x, 15x, 6x, 3x or whatever. These are aminos... :-( (hormone free, which means no hhcg in it)
