day 37 vlcd, my weight just shot up 5.8 yesterday with ovulation. It has happened before, but is driving me mad. Down 2.5 of that today, but so sickening to deal with. barely hanging on.

I gained about 3 lbs clean eating, but It was bernice bloating me up for 2 days, lost the bloat then got stuck at stall for 10 days!

My Round 2 has been a real stuggle.
total loss to date (VLCD 29) without the load weight is 14lbs
and now starting today is TOM..arggg.

Take it day by day...

Start Date: Need to get started again on some plan.
I actually made it thru Day 1. Today I am down 1.8, but I also took a water pill yesterday that helped a with a bit of that. I had some cravings today, but I've managed to deal with them and will soon take my 2nd dose. I haven't planned dinner, so that may be an issue. If I have to, I'll just eat some turkey wrapped in lettuce with brown mustard. Tomorrow I may make LC turkey chili to have handy.

Today I had ckn noodle soup for lunch and didn't eat the noodles. I hope the sodium of it doesn't make me gain.

It is so funny, I remember cheering when I would lose 2 or 3 pounds a week at WW, and now here we are wanting 6 or 10 pounds! I love it though!

I just got my info from my doctor, and I found out I get two eggs for breakfast and steak (I can substitute a different meat) and cheese for both lunch and dinner on Day 26 (2 days after my last injection). I thought it was 3 days, but according to my doctor, I have to eat this specific food on this day, THEN begin my 3 weeks no sugar/no starch. It almost sounds like a correction day.

evening all. Such a crazy busy time at the office, I almost forgot to check in. VLCD37 and happy to say the WOOOOSH Fairy paid me a visit, down 2.0lbs. I didn't believe, even weighed twice. Totally didn't expect to see that kind of number this far into my round.

Hoping it stays off tomorrow morning, but I'm braced for a gain just in case it was a wonky weigh-in. Time will tell, right?

VLCD17 and 0 lost. After yesterday's big 1.5 I wasn't expecting anything today this late in the game. I can't believe it's been 17 days! Time sure has flown!

Got to work about 20 mins early so sat in my car and heard the song by One Republic - Good Life - I just love that song! I also love that it's on 'some' commercial that I only pay attention to b/c of the song! LOL Have a great day everyone!

Winders - Never noticed you are in Chatt! We love to go up there. I just love it! I could never get tired of the incline railway, riverboat rides and downtown! Next time we go we're going to the aquarium. I went but it's been about 15 years ago. I can't wait to see the penguins, if they still have them.

0 today, but after yesterday's 2.3 down I'm not complaining. I also woke up at 4, when I usually wake up at 6, which I'm sure impacted my losses.

My last day of pellets is next wednesday - I could go longer but I'm ready for a break. And bacon and bacon and bacon... yeah...

R3P2VLCD10, no loss today. Today is the first day of zippo this round, I'm amazed I made it this far I have a major potty issue that I need to take care of that should help. I have to say that going potty is my biggest struggle on this protocol, and the problem comes earlier each round. Oh well, I can live with it.

VLCD19 for me, down total of 8.8, not spectacular, but I will take it.

So I was down 2.6 this morning, which is 1.4 of my UP from yesterday for no reason and then 1.2 from a couple days ago, and I am now sitting just 0.4 from a new decade. I will cross all my fingers and toes tonight for 149...something tomorrow!!!! I will eat so good today!

We love Chattanooga. A beautiful city. The Aquarium is amazing and a must see for visitors. The penguins are adoable :-) We are originally from MN, so we are definitly loving the milder winters too!

Thanks!! I guess I have come to realize that the bottom line is that I want this weight OFF ME, and am willing to see this through. I am so happy and grateful that I found HCG, because I know it works. I just have to stick with it. Cause the alternative is unthinkable.

Just wanted everyone to know that I am having a major hard time this round...

VLCD14, no weigh in today, yesterday, OR the day before...weight on SUN was 185.4, +.6 from sats weight of 184.8.

TOM is looming and I wish it would just get on with it already!! I am not hungry, just head hungry, for all the wrong stuff.
I have not been diligent about preparing my meals ahead of time this round and it is really effecting me. SO, last nite I
made a batch of chicken chili and cooked up some chicken breast to throw on salads. NO excuses for not having something
ready to eat, that I am ALLOWED to have!! I have 19 days til P3 and I am determined to make the most of each one!!

I CAN DO THIS!!!

I just love the support from everyone here! It's like my 2nd family! Thanks Shelby!!

Mariah - It is hard. Especially when you have outings or anything "outside your home" for that matter. I have not eaten out once since I've started this. I have been putting people off! I am going to Longhorn tomorrow for lunch though so it will be my first time out in P2. I found a grilled chicken breast w/ pico de gallo and thought I'd get the broccoli or if they have spinach I will get it. I'm nervous but am going to make sure to tell them no cheese, oil, butter whatever! Good luck though and just think of the reward waiting at the end of the P2 brick road...

I haven't lost for the last 2 days....and my boots showed up 5 days early! (I have to lose 10 pound before I can have them) I was thinking of having a protein shake for dinner instead of eating I thought that might help get things moving.
