Eat Fat, Get Thin.
I'll likely be doing something similar when I get to P3. Oh man, I'm just dreaming about chicken skin right now. |

through October I tried JUDDD and my Up days were EFGT ratios. I was maintaining pretty well before about 2-3lb above LDW, but when I did JUDDD and EFGT, I dropped back down to LDW within a week and a half and stayed around my LDW until I started my next round just 5 days ago
EFGT is kinda hard at first to remind yourself to have more fat. But I easily found many of my recipes were already EFGT ratios and it was more fun and easy after that. Fat/Protein/Carb Artisan Bread 73/24/8 Just Like Stuffed Baked Potato 75/19/7 Oopsie Rolls 72/23/2 Beefy Mushroom Soup is just short by 3%, since it's so high in protein, but a little added fat would fix it. 57/30/9 Cabbage Sausage Soup 66/25/12 Dotties Burger Florentine 70/26/3 Just to name a few...

Haven't tried, but I'm curious about EFGT too... and if it will cause us to continue weight loss in P3, despite the fact that we're *technically* not supposed to be losing then. Anybody have rationalizations for this?
I've also found several of my P3 dishes follow EFGT percentages... it's just I normally do these dishes along with higher protein items, so I just have to watch my protein intake... but I can feel free to up the butter and cream amounts that I use! Sounds good to me! |
