So girls, I slept on it and when I woke up, I knew what I wanted to do. Took some pellets. Am loading today, starting R3P2 VLCDs tomorrow. I've made the executive decision that one day of loading will be enough for my purposes. I'm going to go to 160 and see if that is more "maintainable" for me.

Gotta a crazy busy day today--my women's civic organization has our big annual fundraiser. I will stop on the way home for some good old cabbage, apples, chicken and ground sirloin. Then tomorrow, back in the saddle again!

A date? It sounds like it went pretty well. We want details! I love when the scale flickers like that (as long as it flickers DOWN). It's sort of a preview of coming attractions.

I'm well. Was busy today and still am not done for the day. Almost! I got a lot done and I feel very happy. I'm also down another 1.2 today but tomorrow will likely not be a good scale day. I succumbed to a quart of eggnog. I'm not on any plan at the moment so it wasn't a cheat, just not a smart idea. Glad I bought the small size! I asked the guy if he had any and he brought out a new box from the back.

Tomorrow is the Jack & Jill and I'm going to have a good time there. I've got my camera and video camera all ready and my job there will be to play photographer. I am also going to make sure that I have fun there, as well. But I want to do an excellent job on the pics and vids.

I bought some new makeup and pantyhose and things that I can't recall buying in over a year (the pantyhose is probably a couple of years.) But I don't want to wear my spanx. They leave a line around my mid-thigh area where they end. So, pantyhose it is!

I'm going to dress for comfort first and then for appearance. Comfort always comes first. Misery sucks!

good morning red hots.

so i was feeling absolutely frustrated the last couple days at this slow slow round 2. a little discouraged as well but i hung in and was rewarded today with a loss.

i am officially down 50 lbs as of this morning and i am thrilled

hope everyone is doing well.

I'm down .8 this morning! Total lost so far (slowed down by my interruption weekend) is 13.4. Not my best round so far, but I'll take the slow loss. I'm on VLCD22 and my last day of drops will be this Monday. Come on Monday and get here!!

50 lbs!!! That is AMAZING! You are an inspiration keep it up, you're getting closer to your goal every day

Shout out to everyone else, looks like we're on a roll this morning! I was down 2 lbs (phew!) so no correction day needed thank goodness. I ate very clean yesterday and it paid off.

Well, just my luck, my weight went up again this morning 1 lb. Must just be a normal fluctuation, cuz I did not eat badly or do anything different, so guess I will have to hope for 140s tomorrow then!! I was so hoping for today!!!

Cathy, I was getting anxious when I was just losing .2, .4 but now its changed, for now anyway. You could be losing inches! Do you measure? I don't. I use my jeans to measure.
My shirts are really big now. They just hang on me. I'm going to try on smaller ones later. I have alot of smaller clothes. I'm glad I saved them!

I am sure it will be gone tomorrow... I am not too anxious yet... Now if it went on for days, I would have a cow. As for losing 0.2 or 0.4, or 0.6, I would be extremely happy with that, as long as i am losing, but the gaining is a bit stressful for me!!

Morning, everybody! I'm off to the races, started R3 today, feeling very hopeful that this will get me to a spot where I can actually maintain. I'm ready to join you guys in posting some losses!

I gained 2.2 overnight from my one day load. (And it wasn't all that excessive, either. If there's anything my body is good at, it's overnight gains!)

No time for personals! I hope just quoting your posts will show that I wanted to comment! I have to get ready for the party and I always wait until the very last minute. (It's a bridal shower for both the bride and groom. My nephew and his fiance.)

Anyway, I'm off! I'll be back later tonight and most likely will check in. Down 1.2 today and into the 160's again! This is still just all regain weight losses, but I'm so happy to see them go. I have been feeling so heavy.

Hey Ladies. I am SweetZee vlcd10. It has been a diy project with lots of learning moments. Thirteen pounds came off the first week. It was so easy, like throwing off a sock in a strip poker game... Then things slowed down to a stop and hunger hit hard and crazy. I worried it was the apples. Being a low carber, I was like a dog off a leash with 2 apples a day. I was losing slow and looked up the carb count of apples and decided i better not just be eating apples for fruit. They are good apples fresh picked from local orchard. So it is.. gotta make my adjustment. I have been floating over 200 pounds. It is EXTREMELY hard for me to get under 200. This morning I was so close I made an emergency diet run to wall mart for a new digital scale. We will see tomorrow. i also switched to a new bottle of hcg. who knew it was not supposed to be in the sun. Hunger is way better now. I have the new bottle of hcg in the refrigerator. I hope that is OK. I also learned it likes to be shaken before each use. That activates it in a homeopathic way.

I've been reading your posts for the past week, and thought this would be a great group join, if you don't mind having a newbie in the group.

My Name is Trish and I am on Round 1 Phase 2 Day16 VLCD of the HCG. So far I am down 15lbs and have stalled for the past two days. I am doing an apple day today, so hopefully that will give the little boost that I need.

Looking forward to being a part of the group!
