Well, that's crummy, Tay -- but hopefully you'll enjoy the p3, stabilize well, and have a great round when you restart.

Morning girls, quiet so far this morning...

So I was down 2.8 this morning, thats the rest of the "UP" and down 0.4, so I will take it but I lost many days in between.... shame on me!! But hopefully I can keep straight and narrow now until the end of this round. I would like to get to 145 at least if I could... but not sure... 7.8 lbs is a lot for me!!

Have a great Saturday everyone!!

This is Day 2 Without drops....can't wait to try out bacon tomorrow. I'm doing this slow. I think I'll add one thing at a time. See how it effects my weight, and then add more fat. I'm going to watch my calories very close. Hoping to stabalize good before I load on Thanksgiving to start a new round. Is that asking for too much? I have no idea!!!
I woke up hungry. First time in a while thats happened.
My LDW is 195.2 & today I weighed 195.3.
BBL to respond to your posts. I'm busy with the baby til 3:30 EST.

Morning ladies,
So TOM visited yesterday... right on schedule, and I was pleasantly surprised even though I had to white knuckle it through the night (wanted to binge so bad) that I had a loss of 1.2 this morning. So I am just 1.6 or really 1.8 from being in the 140s again!! Come on new decade!!

Hi all, we’re back from our trip and from my interruption weekend! I thought I would turn out better in some areas and worse in others.

I was planning on an ALL P3 wknd. For the most part, it was, but one night, things got ugly. I netted a 1lb gain from this weekend, but considering all that we ate and drank, that is nothing short of amazing! The first two days, I had all P3 foods except for a large portion ribs with BBQ sauce. All this food was sooo heavy on my stomach coming from 20 days of eating 500 cals.

The second day, I had 2 servings of no sugar added ice cream from the Penn State creamery. I thought that would hit me hard, but it didn’t. The rest of the day went well (P3). However, at night after a huge amount of drinks (lots of tequila and even one huge margarita), I had *GASP* 3 breadsticks and a slice of pizza. I did it consciously though. And that’s what helps me know that I’m so much healthier these days. I thought about it carefully and said to myself, this might result in a 4-5lb gain and you’ll have to spend days correcting this when you get back. So, naturally, the next day, I corrected myself and had all coffee and protein. I felt good.

Here I am on Monday back from the food and fun fest with only a 1lb gain. I’m back on P2 as of this morning, so no more eating!

Millenia -- wow, that is pretty amazing! So happy for you!

I'm in a rut -- bouncing up and down the same couple of pounds for the past couple of weeks.

Today I am going to try to keep it to 500 calories -- rogue, but still very low calorie. We'll see what that does. I need to break this stall.

Just dropping in- things have been super busy here because we have had 2 extra kids since Thursday and we'll have them til tomorrow. P3 is going okay, but Ive found that I have a severe reaction to the maltitol in sugar-free chocolate. Bummer. I'm still under my LDW but swinging up and down by almost 2 lbs some days . Today I was up 1.8 but still .2 under my ldw. Hoping for stability in the next week or so, with no correction days but we'll see.
Layla- you experienced your first "runner's high"....it is quite emotionally overwhelming isnt it? The first/only time I experienced it, I ran late in the evening and it was on the week where you run like 10 minutes I think, and at the end of it I knew I could keep going, I was exploding with energy and I ended up staying up all night because of it, Lol. Unfortunately, I didnt ever have that great a run again after that .

Tammy- welcome to P3! I love P3 and Im sure you will too.

Millenia- WTG! Sounds like you did a great job with the interruption and seriously, only 1 lb up?! Awesome!

Cathy- Woohoo! You are rocking it too, girl Dont worry about the little up today, you'll see those 140s in no time.

Deb, Jess, Cheryl, MiniMonkey and everyone else hope you guys are doing great.

Way to enjoy the heck out of your weekend and slide into home base! And WTG on the conscious decision to eat the bread and pizza (even under the influence, that is a great achievement.)

Hi, Jen! What happened when you ate that Maltitol? I hope it wasn't life-threatening or really awful. If you can handle Coconut Oil, try that cocoa crack stuff. Very good! (CO makes me gain so I can't go there.)

Nothing to report today. I didn't weigh today since I weighed yesterday and I know where I'm at. I'm reigning myself back in and "coming down" from my feeding frenzy. I'm thinking I may do Atkins after the Jack & Jill party and the pizza party this weekend. I'll go off plan for Thanksgiving then get back on the LC wagon until Christmas. I'll go off plan again for Christmas and then get back on the horse and ride on into the sunset of 2011. Then in January, I'll see what's left to lose and see if I'm ready for another P2.

to everybody else I didn't mention! KUTGW!

Hi all just catching up.

Layla, I'm proud FOR you with your running and getting yourself on the road to wellness.

We all know this extra weight needs to be off for health as well as beauty reasons!!

Yesterday I rode my horse again. I started riding again at about weight 190 because before that I felt sorry for my 26 year old horse. Now, I'm at 170 and he still groans when we climb hills (lol). He's putting on for sympathy now, though. While we were out I dropped my phone and didn't know it till he was unsaddled and put away. So, I walked back to find it. I found the walking very pleasant and easy. I may take it up as a hobby again!!! Found my phone intact as well.

Private thinks she was bad? I ate the entire toppings off a medium pepperoni pizza this weekend - licked off the tomato sauce, but left all the crust. The neighbor girl looked in the box and said "did the dog get your pizza?" LOL. It was an emotional binge because of bad things at work last week. I didn't gain so I am happy. The ride and walk probably helped. Cooked chicken for the week yesterday and back on VLC track today. This round has been tough to stick to plan. But 12 pounds lost is 12 pounds lost. Would not have done that without HhCG so can't really complain.

haha, I'm staring at a slice of pizza now, thinking of doing that....

this morning, I lost the weight I gained and a bit more. I gained all my lost weight from being sick and eating max calories, and retaining water past few days. But It came off and I'm back on track.

Better put this pizza in the freezer before I snarf it!

That's so cool that you went riding again! What's your horse's name? Have you had him all those years? I'm glad you found your phone intact.

I hear ya about pizza. It is definitely my weakness. When I go off the track, it's a medium pizza with x-cheese and a bag of Dove milk chocolate with peanut butter. Melts in your mouth!

12 lbs is very respectable.

this morning, I lost the weight I gained and a bit more. I gained all my lost weight from being sick and eating max calories, and retaining water past few days. But It came off and I'm back on track.

Better put this pizza in the freezer before I snarf it!
Hope you win the battle over the pizza! It's tough. Congrats on being back on track. I'm getting there, too.

Deb! How are you? Seems like ages since we "talked." How is everything with you?
