Down .2

Now I just need to decide what to do since I am coming to the time to end this round or doing a interruption and trying to lose these last 3lbs

Is it possible to lose anymore in P3?

Good Morning! I was going to end my round, but changed my mind. I'm hanging tough at R2VLCD74 and feel amazing! Down 1.2 since yesterday and I will hit 165 before I end this round - only 2.2 to go I plan on starting my third round on Christmas Day - and take a least a 6-week break (I know it's supposed to be 8 weeks). I'm still averaging a decrease in weight of .55 per day.

Have a great day everyone!

R3P2VLCD4, down 3.2 pounds this morning!! I didn't eat any beef yesterday (I had P2 chili the first 2 VLCD's, but only chicken yesterday. I've not noticed a problem with beef before, but maybe it has slowed me down more that I realized.

Seeing these big initial losses at the beginning of a round is so wonderful

Have a great day!

Down .4 today and stopped the pellets. Either til January or a weekend break. (It is my birthday Saturday AND TOM should be arriving about that time, which makes me really hungry). I have had such a slow week, kind of hoping for a good 3 pound loss after TOM.

I was so darn proud of myself for not giving in to the temptation of having

Hope you all have a wonderful day!

No losing in P3. P3's purpose is to maintain your weight loss.

Good morning.
R2 P2 VLCD 24 another good loss today of -1.4 lbs Two days in a row with -1.4 lbs. I'm totally surprised since I tryed beef last night and I didn't stall

I was expecting a stall. This was the first time on Round 2 that I haven't stalled on beef; it looks as though if I need to limit beef to once a week.

It's so nice to break through a 10 day plateau weight range.

Well, I spoke too soon too and fell off the horse and got run over last night. TOM is looming and I caved to a potato cheese burrito and some cookies and froyo last night... today... up 5.6 lbs... basically all I lost on 2000 calories. I am sure some of it is water, but it will still take me several days at least to recoup what took me 2 weeks!!! UGH!! Shoot me now!!!

I'm back to 241.4, where I was 4 days ago. I guess that's down 0.6. I would have liked more but frankly I'm just glad to be back down. Maybe now I'll start losing again instead of gain-go back-gain-go back like I have this last week.

I found a source online that said this kind of up and down thing is normal in the second half of a round. I hope they're right. I've revised my 'hope' from 30 lbs down to 20 - I've lost 16.4 net pounds and I really want to lose at least 20 this round. More, if at all possible, because I want to do this in as few rounds as possible.

I'm home today with a migraine. I have to say, I've been having more of those on HCG. I wonder why? Maybe it's detox. Maybe it's just because it's fall out and the weather is changing.

Honey, we have all been there done that. I go like this all the time when I do I have a hard head and have a hard time learning how to do the right thing too. Oh, I am back on P2. I am getting there, still sick so not expecting great losses as my body deals with healing first. At least I have my voice back, well it is not yet "my voice" but I can now speak

I can't count the number of times that I personally have yearned for the "do-over" button. I would guess that all of us suffer from this. I think the big thing is the thing that you're doing. Analyze what happened and try to set yourself up for a different outcome next time. I am a firm believer that you get "better" at weight loss and you learn often through trial and error what really works for you! So look at it as a learning experience, the real hope is that you don't have to learn this particular lesson more than once! Hate to say sometimes I am a slooooow learner

Yahoo! I'm only Overweight.

During the summer Round 1 Hhcg brought me from from Moderatly Obese (190 lbs) to just Obese.172- 173 lbs.

Started round two at Obese 171 lbs to 157 lbs right now which brings me to only OVERWEIGHT! woohoo!

I'm R2 VLCD 24 done on my 40 day round (14 lbs so far on round 2)

It's still a ways before I get in normal range. I look for victory, weather it be BMI, previous Weight set points, pre-pregnancy weight. Can't wait till my cloths are a single digit. Right now is between size 12 too tight..and size 14 which is too loose.

Enjoy the Journey Everyone!!

Wow .... You are doing GREAT!!!!
I love reading about peoples success like yours ......I keep telling myself I can do this and if I would have stuck to it I could be where you are! But I always gave into temptation. Sometimes I think its because its so easy to lose the weight that I think its okay. However, I just keep losing the same weight!

Energy: What Supplements do you take...

I am taking a B100-complex, and b-12 but still felt tired.
Started taking Guggul extract and Triphala. My energy levels are very high now. Does anybody have any experience with these supplements?
These herbs I researched are part of Ayurvedic medicine.

Are you taking all 4 of them together? I have never taken any of those other than the b vitamins. But I am a fan of upping my energy levels so if you can give me some more detailed info I would be so grateful
