stall, but I ate cottage cheese twice yesterday - the trick or treaters came earlier than I was expecting, so I was rushing to get my kids fed and into their costumes.

Morning! VLCD9 and after my first day of NO loss at all - down 1.5 this morning for a total of 12!

I swear these food commercials kill me! They just showed a Subway commercial with a philly cheese steak...I sure miss cheese! This phase really makes you miss the things you CAN have on LC, if you weren't doing LC and now I'm like hey if I can have steak and cheese maybe on a lc flat or tortilla I'll take it - forget the bread! LOL

I did do very well yesterday no cheat what so ever. I even helped my little cousin sort thru his candy and I gave out candy with some leftover so I'm being faithful! It was hard b/c I was sort of out of it last night b/c my car quit on me yesterday after I got home from work. I'm glad I got home! I think it's the battery or alternator. Working from home today and DH just happened to be home, thank goodness and he's going to take it to have it checked out.

It was hard for me last night but I'm doing this with 4 ladies at work so it helps to have someone "watching" you or keeping up or that will know if you fail! So that's a big motivator for me.

I was oohing and aahing at Jacob's candy last night. I won't go into details about what kind! He kept saying - You can't have any? When can you have some? I told him next year. He said a whole year from now? I said no maybe I can have 1 piece a week after I get my body back on track!

R2 P2 VLCD 22 No cheats with Halloween candy Yah!!
Had a slight gain of +0.4 but was expecting it as I only got about 4 hrs sleep last night. I just had a drop of -2.6 lbs and my VLCD calculation came out to only 400 calories for the day on Sunday.

No cheats for me either, I think I am one of maybe three people on the planet who has just never cared for Halloween candy. Lucky me!

Progress has been S-L-O-W for me this round as compared to my first round. But so far I am at 17.4 lbs lost with 14.2 lbs to go. My new goal is 3 lbs less than previously stated. I want to be at 167 when I enter P3.

DH is down 13.2 lbs in 5 days.

Friend is down 10.5 lbs in 10 days.

We are rocking this with NO CHEATING! That is a HUGE deal for DH, who has a VERY big appetite!

Great job to all 3 of you Lilac... sounds like you are doing great!!! I dont like alot of candy, but the damn peanut butter reeses call out to me!!!

Stalling here...last few days have been 0, .2, .2...so if I don't have a good loss tomorrow I may throw in the towel. Really wanted to be in the 180's before I ended this round, but no go. Today is day 22 and I just lost 12 net pounds this round...far cry from the 16 of round one, but I had load weight in that one. (Didn't gain while loading for round 2). Guess I'm just a slow loser.

On the upside, I can wear some 14's now!! Many of my 16's are baggy on the hips and butt/leg areas, but fit in the waist, so hopefully I'll do some reshaping.

Wasn't tempted with candy last night...especially after my 5yo threw up on me, down my bra, sweater, pants...and at a friends house! And he told me he only ate his allotted 3 pieces!! Not!

Morning all

R3P2VLCD2, lost my load weight plus a pound. Absolutely no candy for me or DH last night, it helps that we live out in the country and don't get trick or treaters. I'm determined to stay on strict protocol this round, still have 9 pounds to get back to where I was before vacations last month, but I will get there.

Congrats to all who resisted the candy temptation, and for those where weren't able to resist, today is a new day

There was no candy in the house for me. Best to resist temptation entirely. I'm finding I'm really having problems with hunger. It's not always head hunger - I would probably quite gleefully chase down my own game armed with nothing more than a knife and fork right now. I'm hungry for meat. I've always done best on higher protein protocols and this is quite honestly the lowest in protein and fat I've ever eaten. I intend to do this round by the book, but I think next round I might try a higher-protein 800 cal protocol.

There are days I could just tear into a steak, but that darn beef stalls me... blast it!

When I bought the trick or treat candy last night I picked out things that I really dislike and have no desire to eat. Was able to refrain from trying even one piece from Chase's bucket. Yay!!

I was up .8 this morning. Not really sure why because I was spot on yesterday. But I did just have a 4 pound loss, so probably just my body stabilizing. Or I really shouldn't eat ground beef.

I am suffering from the detox flu today from my bad weekend eating. Feel like death and just want to go to bed!

Do any of you use the Walden Farms Dressings? What is your favorite?

Good job to those of you fighting the candy demons!!

Down 3 lbs from VLCD1...lost load weight plus some 5 more lbs to go to be where I was at LDW my last round 3 weeks ago. Then hopefully 10 more this round. I would settle for 8 more if I have to, just so I can get to 120. I would like to get a little below 120 but I am not so sure it will happen before Thanksgiving. It totally stinks being 5 foot 1 inch.

Good luck to everyone in P2....looking forward to following everyone's results. On a side note, I did not have any candy last night. I actually forgot to purchase some to hand out to the trick or treaters Oh well, at least it wasn't in the house for me to eat.

R3P2VLCD3, down 1.6 this morning. I love the first week and the huge losses! Still have 8 pounds to lose to get to where I stabilized for most of the summer after R2, vacation did me in, but I was planning on starting R3 anyway. My goal for this round it to get into the mid 190's, hoping for better than that, though.
