Apple Day details

Hello I've been a lurker here for some time now, coming out of the closet today. I've found tons of great info here! Thx
This is my second round, today is VLCD Day 15, I've lost 5 lbs and I have been the same weight the last 3 days, and .2 lbs lost before the 3. I'm gonna do an apple day tomorrow if it stays the same which will qualify for the 4-day stall.

My question is, do I use my drops like normal?
I get to eat 6 apples between noon to noon, so apples eaten the second day won't count towards my new day alotment of food?

Any input will be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Oh, I miss butter too!!! Just love your screen name. As for the apple day, I have not gotten a good handle on how to do them exactly--and I have done them!!! I drink my water and coffee on the day I am to do an apple day and quit them both at noon. Then at noon starts the countdown. I just have apples when I am hungry or thirsty. I never get in all 6 apples. If I am hungry in the morning I do have an apple, but I am not hungry. The P2 gets me so used to not eating in the morning. But you may want to save 1 to have if you are hungry. I don't think that the apple in the morning counts to your total that following day, but I am not so sure on that. Good luck!!!

Oh, and I do my drops as usual.

Hi Dawn!
I was hoping you would stop by and shine some light on me! I think I have a much better idea on what to do now, Thank you. However, I am thinking positive and crossing my fingers that the scale will move for me in the morning! Even just a hair (ooo maybe I should do my eyebrows tonight) hehehe!

How long do you have before you could have some butter?

I just got done with my interruption so about a couple of weeks. I don't know how long I will go to finish out this round. At least 2 weeks.

Just finished my apple day, and unlike dawnyama I am a hungry girl and ate all my apples! Energy level was not a problem, but I ate three for "dinner" and did seem to have trouble digesting them. My stomach was kinda knotting and I've been burping now that it's the morning after. No breakthrough on the weight, but Iapples, so I did enjoy ODing on fresh NC apples!!!!

Hi Dogsrule, sorry your stomach doesn't feel good, maybe it needed a lil more time to process the extra fiber/volume? Hopefully you will see the drop tomorrow? I think I would enjoy eating them too, I LOVE honeycrisp, and it's nice to be able to OD a bit. I have resorted to OD on hot sauce, I don't really like spicy food, but it helps my humble amount of food lasts longer, hahaha.

Hope you get to feeling better!
