Loud Tummy

This morning my stomach was making so much noise it actually woke up the dog. I think its gas but not 100% sure. Is anyone experiencing a really loud stomach? This is not the first time its happened since taking the HCG either.

Yes, that is me too. I feel it is more of a grumbly tummy and jujt not sure what to do without any food in there any longer. P2 is so little on the food, that it happens. To me that is normal P2--that grumbly tummy. Just think of it as your belly shrinking.

Let me add that I figure it was normal because my thin as can be, never been on a diet before husband has some of the same issues. Our tummys would be growling at night in bed around the same time. Kind of freaky but let me know that I was not alone.

Glad to know its not just me! Good thoughts on a shrinking belly. Was just funny how it woke the dog out of a dead sleep, lol.

I am on my first week of VLCD P2 and I've been having a horrible grumbly tummy! Sometimes I'm hungry with it, and sometimes I'm not, but it's very loud!

I have been eating more cabbage and having more gas--sorry if TMI but this rarely happens to me when I am low carbing it. SO yeah, it could be reacting to all the roughage we have to eat to get those calories in and to fill full?

I believe my tummy is not reacting to gas as I don't feel gassy when my tummy rumbles. My tummy rumbles or is grumbly because it is empty!!! My gas doesn't bother my stomach, my colon yes, but not my tummy.
