Round 5 Here I Come!

Well, it looks like I will be loading this coming weekend for my next round. I have been doing really well for the last 3 weeks and this week I am upping my fats with yummy cocoa crack as my nightly treat.

I am looking forward to losing again and while I really do not *like* P2...it has the comfort of being essentially on cruise control where no big food decisions need to be made.

I'm gearing up for P2 again myself. Gonna give it one more try to get the weight number down. Can't complain about the inches/dress sizes I've lost, though.

My "menu" is.......

1/2 grapefruit late morning
chicken breast and cukes for lunch
sauteed cabbage and ground chicken for dinner w/ 2 grissini
strawberries for night snack.

I might alter it for the apples that are now in season here...we shall see...

Well, my package is at my Post Office. I will have to go and get it after work. I like loading over a weekend and so the first few days of vlcd are work days where I have more a schedule to maintain. Makes the adjustment easier to me.

I would love to start loading TODAY...and continue through Monday. Just kidding...kind of!

I made pumpkin pancakes for breakfast (almond flour base) and they were pretty good! I think I would like to try them with coconut flour to see the difference, but it definitely filled a craving for pancakes I was having!

Hi Peggy!!!!!

I'm still maintaining my 100 pounds loss.... looking forward to my Round 6 sometime in the future. I'm supposed to be waiting 6 months between R5 and R6 and working on my patience. I might jump the gun a bit.

But right now, I'm focusing on an almost all-veggie diet with just enough protein and a little fruit. Trying to alkaline and low-inflammatory the system to help with other health issues and in solidarity with other family members.

I will love watching you burn!!!!!
