Hi all , just a quick catch up. Broke the stall as of yesterday morning with a 2.2 loss and this morning a 1.2 loss. I am so close to my goal of 25lbs for P2! I am 32 days and counting! I am going for 40lbs, maybe longer if I keep showing successes on P2. As it's homeopathic.

Wife that is phenomenal!!! You have done great despite all the obstacles of being out of the US and not having all the "stuff" easily accessible to you. I was thrilled to lose an additional 7.4 pounds after I stopped my drops and went into P3 and P4. I used the hcg drops for 42 days in R1.
Have started R2 on 9/25/11. Hoping for the same successes in R2!!!! I had a total overall loss at the end of the complete R1 of 38.4.
Isn't this hcg wonderful!!!

Good Morning! I'm down 1.8 today! When I weighed this morning, it said 180.8 and for a second I forgot what I weighed yesterday (182.6) because I didn't have my tracker and I was in the other room. We have a dry erase board in our kitchen that I write my daily weight with the date and I also have an Excel spreadsheet where I've tracked my losses since the beginning of this wonderful journey. I asked my husband if he weighed himself, if the weight seemed right and he said it did. Just to make sure, I changed the batteries in the scale and my weight was the same. I'm so close to being out of the 180's.

Just like Round 1, my losses are averaging .65 per day - I feel so good!

Congratulations to everyone and make it a great day!

Well done ladies ! Yeah HGC is phenomenal and I've gotten so used to the protocol now that I have to remind myself that I will actually have choices later on LOL. I could go to P3 now if I wanted and i think the most amazing feeling ever is knowing that I've got the willpower and determination to continue on P2. My next short term goal is 40lbs total and then on to 60 lbs by Xmas. I know I can do it. If not, the greatest thing is that I will be somewhere in between and i've already accomplished my first goal. And the thought of flying back home to the US for Xmas and seeing the faces of everyone who has NO idea I'm doing this! Not even my kids or my best friends of 20+ years! If HCG companies ever wanna do a show about the weight loss and how the diet actually works, I'd volunteer to let them video tape me on my journey home and see the response from everyone when they see me. Do you know I've thought about what its going to be like to get on the flight and not worry about struggling with the seatbelt and not have to worry about needing a seat belt extender.

That is what I think about when the popcorn cravings come.

Hey all, I was supposed to start my VLCD two days ago...and then I accidentally ate cookies. So...basically I loaded for 4 days and today has been my first true VLCD. I am starving, LOL. I had chicken/tomatoes simmered in a little chicken broth for lunch and tilapia and cabbage cooked in a little chicken broth for dinner. I ate both my apples and am pushing tea to keep from feeling hungry. I'm considering going to bed soon so I don't ruin my VLCD day!! I will be so happy if I see a loss tomorrow!
