veg question
has anyone ventured out and ate other veggies than those on protocol. I had some brocolli last night. I figured since it was in the cabbage family, it will be ok.

I did eat broccoli too thinking I had seen it on the list. The other thing I did was eat a little tomato with my lettuce or spinach salad. It didn't seem to hinder my loss. Didn't really venture out too far on the limb

I would recommend sticking to protocol for your first round. That means no broccoli. You can choose to eat anything. Or you can choose to follow the plan. We don't know why Dr S didn't put broccoli on the plan. Or turkey. Or lean pork. Or clarify the milk choice. YMMV
