Nutritional Ratios - P3
Hi,
I am diligently trying to figure out my stabilization problems. Would you mind posting the ratios that seem to work well for you in P3?? Shelby was gracious enough to share hers with me in another post. I know I've seen this before, but when I search - I am not coming up with what I remember seeing (of course, when I didn't need it) I know I cut my carbs back way too far - somehow I was shooting for less than 20 carbs rather than 20% - which puts me very heavy on the fat and protein end. Thanks in advance - you guys rock!! ![]() Tricia |

See... I don't know. My body does VERY well with high protein, high fat, and less than 20 carbs daily. This is when I can eat to my BMR and not gain. As soon as I introduce even the slightest bit of more carbs - like when I tried adding a bowl of Kashi in the morning - my body responded immediately with a gain and elevated blood sugar. My point is, I have no good advice lol. Sorry. Just wanted to say that I ate and am eating very similarly to how you are and it has actually helped me stabilize. Of course, if I didn't have diabetes, it might be an entirely different story. But low carb (Induction level) is what I strive for as a permanent WOE.
