Need some advice or WWYD
Need some advice or WWYD...I am going to a wedding on Oct 14th. I want to lose about 5-7 more pounds before then. My minimum "end" of P3 is Sept 28th. I'm planning to load while away at that wedding (going to be gone for a weekend), so I won't be starting another P2 round until then.
What would *you* do to try to lose that weight between Sept 29th and Oct. 14th (2 weeks)...eat low carb? Continue P3 but reduce calories? |

Your not going to love my advice.... I would NOT lose weight on P3.. it's a big no no!!! I have a wedding October 1 and something else that week.. I plan on a week-long P3 interruption for the events and to give myself a mental break.

Okay.. I see, sorry... I'm not too sure how to answer this one.. I'm so scared to mess my metabolism up again that I haven't even tried to lose weight outside of hcg. Good luck!!!!

I wouldn't rush it.
Your plan of ending P3 on Sep 28 allows you to be in P4 for the wedding. Or you could shorten your P4 and load at the wedding as you said. IMO, to risk a good reset and a good maintaining for life just to lose 5 or 7 lbs for a wedding would be short-sighted. P3 and P4 are not for losing. They are for stabilizing and for giving your body a break from the stress of P2. Probably not the answer you wanted, but that's my honest opinion. GOod luck to you. |
