big concern

I know this is probably tmi, but its a problem for me and i wanted some help. I am naturally constipated, so is everyone in my family for some strange reason. I has surgery to correct hemmorhoids a few years ago. I am always careful to drink lots of fluids and so on and so forth, but lately i have been taking these magnesium tablets that work very well. they have other herbs in them as well. Do you think they will have a negative affect with the hcg. I cannot be constipated and struggling. for some it may be mild issues, but for me, it can mean a hospital visit. do you think i can still take them with the hcg pellets

It shouldn't be a problem at all. I've taken any number of magnesium pills to solve that issue while on protocol. The only issue I encountered is that I need to take them at a different time than my iron pills, or the iron pills don't seem to work.

Generally I take them at night - keeps me from having leg cramps in the night too.

I have the same issue though probably not as severe. Totally keep taking the magnesium without issue. It was recommended to me not to take my multi fiber supplement that I normally take daily so I didn't. Caused me a lot of problems and I ended up starting it back up towards the end of my round, but it took a while to get back to normal. The second round I didn't stop taking it and had no problem.

Another product I found is smooth move tea and super slimming tea, very nice back up plan (no pun intended )

Good Luck!!

My vitamin store told me smooth move should be used as a last resort as it is habit forming and could cause your body to rely on it and recommended I not use it unless I absolutely have to, just an FYI
