Eating same thing every day?
Okay... so this is my 4th and final round and things are going EXTREMELY slow. No loss yesterday or today. So... I looked back to see which day/foods produced the best loss (with the exception of the first 2 days since they're always better), and it looks like chicken and fish, lettuce and cucumber, apple and strawberries, plus my 2 grissini.
I'm going to repeat that menu today and see what happens tomorrow. If I have a good loss, I'm thinking about just eating that every day (even though I don't like fish!). Is it bad to eat the same thing every day? Or have some of you done this with success? I only have 2 weeks left, and I've only lost 2.2 pounds so far. My goal was to lose 10 pounds in a short round, so I'm hoping this will maximize my losses. I still may not meet my goal, but maybe I could be closer to it. Thoughts, anyone? TIA!

First of all Congratulations for the fortitude to do 4 rounds while being a BusyMomof4 Debby!!! You have done great!! You have had so much more experience than I have I may have nothing of value to offer. I'm currently on Day 11 of my first round Phase 4. My LDW was 197. I'm currently at 190.8. I will begin loading for R2 on 9/25. I lost 30+ pounds on R1 and many times during p2 I ate much the same thing. I made the chili recipe and I ate Gortons Signature Grilled Talapia. When I ate the chili that was all I ate. When I had the Talapia, I ate a vegetable. I saved my Grissini and apple or strawberries for snacks. That was about it. I didn't branch out much and I was completely satisfied. Good luck with whatever you decide. You have definitely won this battle!!!
