I would stick with Simeons...I have both books, but think Trudeau just wrote in a few changes and sold it to make money...just saying

The main difference between the two plans is that Trudeau added a "Phase 1" detox to the plan. His plan recommends cleansing/detox products to start, and then advises folks to move into "Phase 2", which is the loading days and the very low calorie portion of the protocol.

It's funny... most here use Simeons' plan but we use Trudeau's nomenclature for the phases. That's why you rarely see "Phase 1" posts here.

I googled to find a free copy of Simeons' "Pounds and Inches" to use as my main reference for learning about hcg protocol.
