From drops to injections

Has anyone switched from drops to injections during a round? I will run out of drops mid-way through this round and am considering switching to injections. Just don't want to mess anything up.

I didn't switch to injections but I did switch from drops to pellets and then back to drops again with no discernible issues. I also used 3 different brands too LOL
