Deciding to move on to p3....

Today is day vlcd21,so no drops tomorrow.Suprised by what a hard decision this was for me.I just want to keep losing,ya know what I mean?
Thing is out of the 20lbs i've lost so far...16 was in the 1st 12 days.Been playing w/ the same 3+lbs for 10 days

I'm getting frustrated so time to move on...but wow it is hard...It will be nice to eat again though

been dreaming of "fat" for days!lol

I know how you feel - I am 3.4 lbs. above where I wanted to be (after 4 rounds) - and am stopping at day 21 of the VLCD myself - I've lost an entire pound since last Saturday - I was willing to go longer had I been losing - but at this rate - the last 3 lbs. would take another 3 weeks. - Move onto P3 - its so much more enjoyable!

WOW! But that's an amazing loss in general. I did 33 days and only lost 19lbs. I was happy with that, so you should be ecstatic with your weight loss!!

Thats the thing,My dd started yesterday so considered doing an extended p2 with her but the scale has hardly budged since last Friday...in fact i've lost and gained the same 1lb for days.

I lose alot in the 1st week...so going into p3 and cycling just makes more since

Will probably cycle back to p2 in 3 weeks.

-I have 3 married Dds and 4 grandbabies...I will admit I'm young to be a grandma though.I'm 41.
