How to take drops?
Hi,
I don't much relish the idea of sitting at my desk in work and using a dropper to drop 10 drops of HCG into my mouth at various times of the day. Can the drops be put into a glass of water and drank? Homeopathic drops are already super diluted anyway - so what differnce would it make if you just dropped the drops into a drink? I'd love to hear opinions on this... |

In most instances, hcg drops are intended to be held under your tongue before swallowing for a few minutes. So that may not work if you put them into a glass. My drops only require 4 under the tongue.

I go to the bathroom with them and hold them under the tongue for the count of 60...even if I am not actually using the bathroom, I have privacy to take my drops
![]() I think diluting them in water would not work very well...but then, I have no idea ![]() |

they are sublingual drops...they are rendered ineffective by the acids in your tummy, so need to be absorbed for a minute or two under your tongue before they are swallowed. Mine only require 2 drops...so that's easy for me to say

Took my drops at my desk for my entire extended round... what's the problem? Privacy? Inconvenience? My co-workers never questioned me... but had they I would have told them I was taking "a supplement".

Well, my honest opinion is that taking the drops is the easiest part of the diet, so if you have a problem with that you might not be ready to take the hcg plunge. Its really not that big of a deal, just go to the restroom for some privacy and take the drops.

A lot of people like the pellets for just this reason. Easier to hold them under your tongue and talk with them in your mouth. I used drop s at home and pellets at work. Just another thought...
