Need some rogue help, please
Hello everyone,
I found out about HCG from my daughter and decided to try it, but with out doing the research first. That was a bad decision for me. It is difficult to change my eating habits overnight! Now that I have researched this and have a better understanding I have decided to try this again. I will be a little rogue, but try to stay close to protocol, I just can't follow the strict protocol. My question is when looking at food not on the approved list, what is the deciding factor in choosing foods? Amount of fats, calories, amount of sugars, or something else? And what is your limit of these things per day? I want to make smart choices, but don't know which is more important. Any advise is greatly appreciated. Tundra |

I can tell you what I've done - and there is no rhyme or reason to it really - I've added green beans and zucchini to my vegetable choices - I think I remember seeing that they were listed as acceptable on some protocols, though not in Simmeon's book - I knew they were fairly low carb and don't seem to have had a problem with them. I do try not to eat more than one rogue item in a day. Hope this helps!

go to top right hand side of board and do an advanced search for Rogue,also Omaha Weightloss...it will pull up several posts
