SCARED TO DEATH OF PHASE 3!!!!!!

Hello, I am scared to death of gaining allthe weight I lost in phase three. I read the tips for phase 3 thread over a few hours but have some questions. Can someone suggest a site full of recipes that are zero calorie and sugars so I can feel good about what I am cooking? Also, I don't understand how you calculate your calories based on your BMI. can someone let me know how to do it?

I was super scared of P3 too and even in it now I still kind of am.
I would recommend Linda Sue's website for a ton of great recipes that are low carb friendly.
I googled how to calculate bmr and a website came up that gave you a calculator to get bmr and then how to figure out how many calories to eat a day, it is helpful.
Good luck!

You're mixing up BMI and BMR. BMR stands for basal metabolic RATE, that is, how many calories your "machine" is burning. Try googling that, and you should come out just fine!

I just did it. Mine is 1400...or will be at my goal weight. Google BMR Calculator, it will ask for your weight, age, height and sex, and then will calculate it for you.

Brandi,
I had read some of your comments on another thread and you were really struggling with continued weight loss on P3. How are you doing now? I'm on my last day of P3 and my LDW was 197. Today I'm 193.2. I've stayed between the 197 and my lowest weight during P3 was 192.6. I have never been hungry on P3 and in fact initially had a time trying to "stretch" my stomach to eat more. My BMR says 1793 calories to maintain based on my age, height and sedentary lifestyle in my old age. I've never been able to eat that many. Hope I'm having success "resetting" my metabolism.
I will be doing another round starting 9/25 and I can't wait to go another round. Hope to make it to goal and will be interested in seeing how my body reacts to hcg the next time around. Wishing you much luck on your journey!!! I love hcg and wish I had known about this years ago!!!!

Sounds like we are in the same boat. I am still losing but not as rapidly. Only about .4 to .6 pounds a day. I am trying not to stress about it but I want to reset properly. My BMR is 16something and I am supposed to eat 19something with my activity and such. I have been eating around 2200 and frankly I am a little sick of eating. I tried to push it yesterday and eat more but I stopped at about 2350 because I just couldn't eat anymore and was .6 pounds under yesterdays weight this morning. Crazy and I am not sure what to make of it. I am also going back into P2 right around the same time as you for my last round (hopefully) and really can't wait, I am already sick of eating so much. It sounds like you have done well though and I hope to follow suit.

Read all ingredients in the products you are using. Many contain sugar, corn syrup and starch.
Bacon, salad dressings, shredded cheese to name a few.

Marie's Blue Cheese Salad Dressing in the produce section has no sugar in it.

I am so jealous of you guys who lose weight in P3 - I was just thrilled to maintain in my 2 lb. range.

Me, too! Because perhaps that means low carb works for you to lose weight, when it doesn't work for me.

I manage to maintain in P3, sometimes white-knuckling it. If I could lose my last 10 pounds eating this way, I'd be thrilled.
