thank you
Thank You so much i got up this morning and i am another pound lighter. It is really weird to not have hunger. The other night i was sitting here and thinking about peanut butter and then i though i am not hungry but the fact is overeatting is not all about hunger sometimes it is just the want to taste food and have that feel in your mouth. I hope i can come to terms with with not feeling like i need that.

Monica, every time I want to eat something, I check my stomach--because it isn't hunger, I tell myself, "you can have that later, when you're done with the diet." I find that helps me. Good luck on this journey!

thanks garnet i am doing that now it is really weird to wonder why i never went by that before instead of caving into my cravings. I always thought it was my hunger that caused me to get fat but now i have to rethink that.

Be careful with eating off plan. You can set your self back a whole week after one mishap. I know! ROFL

I'm not on the hcg plan, yet. I will be as soon as my order arrives. However, I've been doing LOTS of research about hcg and hope I have as great of results as many others. I'm debating shots vs subling. I would love to be able to do shots, but the needle thing just freaks me out.... My mom laughs at me. "You have all kinds of piercings and you're afraid of needles????" LOL Weird, I know. I have about 100lbs to "release" (I've to get used to that term. lol) more or less, but I've been following a low carb woe since August 7th, and have released 15.8lbs to date. The reason I started low carbing first is for the benefit of the reduction of carb cravings and appetite suppressing it creates. If I eat a good amount of protein in the AM, I can easily get away with skipping lunch and only wanting a very small amount at dinner 95% of the time. This gets me used to cutting calories of course as well. I've read some ppl get hungry the first few days and that's my strategy in an attempt to possibly counteract that if necessary. I can't wait to start. @Monica, congrats on your releases and keep up the good work! You'll have more support than you could ever hope for on this site! I'm taking lots and lots of notes. lol
