I buy Oscar Meyer Center Cut bacon. I think there might be sugar in that one.

I went shopping for P3 yesterday, and realized I looked like a dairy fanatic (um, well, um, I think I am!)
heavy cream Fage full fat yogurt ricotta cheese sour cream cottage cheese butter cream cheese cheddar cheese edam cheese grated romano cheese sliced swiss cheese sliced american cheese Boar's Head cold cuts (turkey, ham, roast beef) salad Marie's Blue Cheese dressing eggs Duke's Mayo (purchased online) Schumann's Fire Roasted Ketchup (online) Heinz No Sugar Added Ketchup frozen berries lemons (for iced tea) salsa olive oil tuna bacon Jones sausage macadamia nuts almonds almond butter Amy's marinara sauce ground beef (and any other protein you like) vegetables (starting with the lower glycemic ones) Blue Sky sugar free/caffeine free cola (purchased online) Truvia Good luck in P3 everyone!
