One week on P3

This is great!! I have been maintaining between 1 and 1.8 pounds over my LDW. I LOVE stepping on the scale every morning, especially after eating satisfying Atkins style meals the day before. I have really been re-set.
Now I can't wait for R2 in a few weeks.
Why isn't this diet mainstream?? Why is everyone else still struggling with low fat and carby diets at huge expense for heavily processed food?? Oh, why ask why? I wish I could tell people on the street to try it.
Gotta go sort more "fat" clothes for the Good Will.

KUTGW You are doing a great job !!
I think there has been so much misinformation on the internet and too many scams, that HCG or hHCG is misunderstood. Plus the people who don't follow the plan and either don't lose or gain it all back are the first to write something negative.

Hi Chris,
I'm in week 2 of P3. Plan on round 2 September 25th. Can't wait to go again and get the last of this weight off for once in my life. This lifelong battle I've had thru stomach stapling, ww, Atkins and everything else is OVER!!! I, like you, want to have everyone know about this WOE.
You have done great!!! Let's keep on keeping on!!!
