i did it
I just ordered the pellets. Pray for me. I hope God gives me the strength to see this out. I am only gonna start with one round for now. I am really going on blind faith with this hcg. I am hoping the benefits outweigh the risks and i will be ok. i might do something rouge, but mostly try to stay as close to protocol as possible. I wonder if I should stock up on chicken breasts and sirloin steaks?

Good luck to you! The risks are very, very minimal, and many people have great success with the protocol!!!
Solomiam -- HCG has its own diet protocol that is totally different from LC. |

Lovely, this forum is a WONDERFUL place for advice, venting and wisdom! Ask about anything you are not sure about!! I am sure you read Pounds and Inches already, so keep it close for when you have questions, but definitely come back here and ask anything!!

![]() Please go to the sticky threads above and open the one named "Simeon's Protocol Recipes Only" there is a link to the book "Pounds and Inches" Read that thoroughly. Maybe a couple of times Yes, stock up on your supplies, before you start. Portion your food, so you are ready. When you get your pellets, be sure to take them on your 2 load days. When you load concentrate on high fat foods, (don't just eat junk) this will make your 1st week easier. I would suggest you stick to the protocol IMHO
