Down .7 today. I'm upping my water intake to see what that does for me. I had a strange dream last night that we went out to eat and my husbands order was messed up so the wattress brought us something to make up for it. She brought him a huge burger and fries and me some sort of sub sandwich and a chocolate cream puff thing. I just couldn't help myself. I scarfed down the cream puff and then hated myself for it. I decided I would jog home to make up for it, but only ended up walking to my car. I have never eaten a cream puff so I have no idea why I would dream about it. it was so real and I was so upset that I would have to admit that I cheated lol. I was so glad when I woke up and realized it was only a dream.

.7 is a nice drop!! Those kind of dreams are funny....afterwards!

I'm up .4. 1st time this round I've gone up. But gonna stay the course and hope tomorrow brings me good news!

I am so glad I have found this board again. I am on my 3 round day 20vlc. Round 2 was a waste went rouge and ended up not losing.

So heres my check in for today 192 that is - 1 lb and puts me down 14.2lbs since the 3rd of Aug.

Down another 1.5 today (VLCD3)!

I have kids home from school all week, and my mom coming for a visit from out of town, so more craziness and no time to breathe. In-laws are visiting tomorrow, so it'll be one of those tricky times when I make lots of food for everybody, and try hard to not eat it! I'm making sure to cook things that let me eat also, staying close to plan -- some beef on the smoker, lots of veggies, and I'll stay away from dessert.

Stayed the same weight wise - I've lost 10 pounds since the 15th so I guess my body needs a break.

It's a dry heat hahaha, I always thought that saying was ridiculous... who cares if its dry when it's 110* out right? But I do agree that humid 110* would be totally absurdly uncomfortable.

Ok, so no loss AGAIN today. Apple day can kiss my butt ~I'm not doing it. I know what you mean about gaining all of it back its happened to me too.

Sooooo.... originally I was going to stop next monday and do my 72 hour countdown but in light of recent events I will start it today and by doing this I will only cut the round short 6 days. This is simply too much torture for me right now.

In theory, this round seemed to be a good one but I wasted way too much time losing gained weight and load weight. But I wont think about that right now. I feel good and thats all that matters.

I'd better get a woosh tomorrow or I will cut off a limb.

I fell off the wagon this weekend and clocked a gain of almost 5 pounds!

Yikes!

I'm back on the straight and narrow today so hopefully this weekend weight will come off quickly.

are you doing hhcg or rx? b/c with hhcg, i thought it was only 48hrs of vlc after last dose?

I lived in Phoenix from 9/05 til 2/10....the last 3 summers were record breaking UGH!! SOOOO glad to be back in So Cal!!

It's hcg injections so I have to do 72 hours believe me I would love 48 hours.

Morning ladies! Down another .8 pounds, so 16.8 pounds lost and this is day 14 for me! One more week to go before I hit my 21 days! I had a rough day yesterday (was hungry) and vowed to quit the minute my 21 days were up and never do this again but I feel much better today and now think I can go longer, lol.
My intermountain drops will not be here until Wednesday and I am just about out, so I am worried that I will not have enough to last me. Would it screw me up too much if I missed a day or so dosing and then started up again? I would not change my eating of course. I just worry about getting the hunger back in control if I miss doses. My own fault, I should have ordered earlier but it looked like so much left last week. I am already worried about trying a different brand mid course but they were so much cheaper I had to order them instead of the fusion.

I'm on day 2 (post load) of my first round.

Yesterday was horrible. I was so hungry, and eating seemed to just make it worse...if that is even possible. On top of it for some reason I could have sworn I read that green beans and brussel sprouts were on the "okay" list and they aren't but that's what I had yesterday with my 2 meals....I had a horrible headache and was nauseated on my 2nd load day (contacts problem) tried eating as much as I could.

I need advice here...should I power through or should I stop and start over by reloading?

On the bright side I'm down 2.0 after my first day.

Sorry if this is a bit disjointed...my head's a little fuzzy today.

Chib, definitely power through. I tried this twice before and always quit a few days in because I felt so horrible but this time I suffered through and come day 4 I was great. You just have to get through those first few days, it is normal. As far as the eating green beans and such, don't worry, just reread pounds and inches and go forward. You still have lost 2 pounds, that's great! I promise it gets easier.

Brandi, see if you can space out the drops you have a little bit more to last, but if you end up missing a day, it shouldn't hurt you too badly. It's supposed to stay in your system 48 hours.

Hi Chib keep stong and power through a 2lb loss is great. I also feel hungry my first few days so I eat lots of lettuce 4 - 6 oz with each of my meals as my vegi and let me tell you it is a huge amount of food

I posted in the old thread accidentally!
Despite my difficult weekend of 3 parties/social events I am down 2.6!! for the 3 days. And this was even after yesterday a.m. waking up UP 1.4! I am so STOKED.
I mostly, mostly stayed OP for those events. During the day I ate very lightly and at the parties I focused on fruit (although didn't stick to just berries, which is the norm for me), salad, and as lean a protein as I could find. I had 4 crackers (NutThins - a gluten free cracker) Saturday night and yesterday I had about 1/4 c. of potato salad. I know I ate extra fat, but I tried to limit this as much as possible. I don't typically eat the melbas (or whatever the gluten free equivalent might be) so maybe this is telling me something - either that I *should* be eating the little bit of carbs this WOE calls for or that once in a while those carbs won't hurt me.
Does anyone have a suggestion for gluten free crackers? I LOVE NutThins but they are made using nuts which is not on the protocol, obviously. They are pretty low cal, though, so maybe I'll experiment?
So no, I wasn't on plan, but I did the best I could considering the astonishing potluck Saturday night (seriously, it was the best potluck I have ever seen - there were 150 people at this party and everyone pulled out all the stops) and the family dinner last night. And still down!
Woo hoo!
I am now 1.2 lbs below my LDW from March (163) - and all in a little over 1 week back on hHCG!
This is a flipping miracle substance!
