Good Morning! Down another 2.4 and this is TOM! Fortunately, I don't usually gain during this time. This is my second round so I want to see how close I come to the losses I had my first round (30 pounds in 49 days) and I averaged .63 pounds per day . Last round I was down 10.2 in only one week. My load weight is almost gone....only 1.2 to go (I gained 6 pounds). One huge plus is that I'm still on my very first bottle of Intermountain hhcg pellets (just ordered two more bottles from Netrition last week).

Just like my last round....I have absolutely zero hunger and zero cravings!

Yes, others have reported a temporary gain from ovulation, so just stay on program and it will come off later.

Wishing you a whoosh very soon! It's good you have learned your pattern so you don't get too depressed when it repeats.

Checking in with a 0.6 loss this morning. Just finished week 2 and am 5 pounds down, net of load. Doesn't sound like a lot, but I still have 28 days to go on this round, and am happy to see the weight coming off again.

Checking on this my last 24 hours of p2 and I have a big fat zero, lol which oddly makes my pleased that I chose to go to p3. Cant wait to wake up tomorrow, lol. This last week was a humdinger, my worst week on hcg in the history of rounds. I can't believe that I didnt crack and attack a burrito.

Down .9 this morning to exactly 19lbs! My daughter started kindergarten this morning so I'm super weepy. In the past I would have run to food for comfort and now I have no desire to do that!! Hoping for big losses for everyone today!!

VLCD50, 194.6, lost 1.2 of the 1.6 that I gained yesterday. Kinda mad that because of my gain yesterday I have now lost 2 whole days well at least 3 counting tomorrow IF I lose the rest of what I gained yesterday...I have 13 days left til P3 and really want to be in the 180's..................................UGH!!

quick check in up .4 this am most likely from the 2 skinney girl margaritas last night I knew better but they were good ok gotta get out early for my run before 113 today and I hid in the air conditioning. TTYL

Mmmmm....skinny girl margaritas! I saw them the last time I picked up regular margarita mix (in P4) and was wondering how they would be. Judging from my difficulties stabilizing, looks like I will have to continue low carb in P4, so it's good to know these are an option!

Hmmm, I just type it in and it comes over when I save the whole ticker by right clicking and saving to pics... do you do that?

Good morning ladies! I was actually up .2 ounces yesterday (what?) but I lost a solid pound today so down 17.6 pounds and today is day 16. So an average of 1.1 pounds a day, not bad. I am completely out of drops right now and mine should be delivered today so I am just hoping I don't start to get hungry before I get my drops. I took a smaller dose last night and a very small dose this morning (what was left) so I hope those drops hurry up!
I did notice something interesting however and was hoping to get some thoughts on it here. I have been doing the fusion from netrition and I was dosing 10 drops 3 times a day. I had no hunger what so ever but come evening time I would just "want" something. Sometimes I would eat a little extra protein or fruit because the kitchen was calling me, lol. I never had tummy hunger but I could not stop thinking about food. This usually happened every night from about 7 to 9. Well, yesterday I took a smaller dose in the afternoon because I was running out and I did not feel the same way last night. In fact, I did not even finish all of my allowed food. Do you think maybe I should lower my afternoon dose and see if that actually does help? I usually dose at 6:30, 1:30, and 8:30. The only time I feel the need to eat is 7-9 so usually before my night dose so it would have to be my afternoon dose that should change right? Especially since I took a smaller dose yesterday and it helped last night? I guess I will try with my new drops but they are a different brand so who knows if they are more or less potent? AAAHHH, decisions decisions.

Checking in (btw I love being able to check in and share and commiserate with you guys)...

Down 1.5 today starting Day 4 of VLCD. I caved last night I was so dang hungry after dinner that I ate 2 extra Melba Toasts. But, I am going to be happy with my 1.5 and run with it!! I found I really like Splenda with my pumpkin spice tea....little bit of heaven. The gram of fiber in it also helps a bit!

I am really hopping that the hunger gets better. I was feeling really good up until yesterday afternoon. Then it just crashed and burned like a bad Britney Spears album.

Wow! I am down a pound today! I had gotten used to a few days of half pound losses but now, one whole pound. VERY happy about that.

Yesterday, I was a bit blue, and I am not sure why. I was wondering if my cycle will start soon (I'm not completely regular), and that that was the culprit for my doldrums. However, what was interesting is that I SO WANTED TO EAT late at night (I didn't). This is strange because after about day 4, I haven't had any hunger or cravings at all! I did not think I was that much of an emotional eater, but boy did I have that wrong! The whole thing was interesting to observe.

Congrats to all the losers everyone is doing really good.

I stayed the same today, I still have 1.2 pounds to get back to ldw from R4 then it is off to virgin territory, I am on vlcd 10 so I am working on losing at least 5 to 8 pounds I want to be in the 130's.

I just realized--if I put in 134.0--it automatically removes the ".0" Now I get it!

Good morning! Checking in with no loss or gain - status quo which is fine. I've been losing consistently so figure my body needs a day or so to stablize.

Have a challenge tomorrow at dinner - going out with a friend. I chose Applebee's because they have WW entrees so I can't go too far off plan. Tilapia, a little rice and veggies.....

Ok well it took 3 days to get back to where I was before I went off plan for the weekend.

Back to 124 (and starving!). I am beginning to think that maybe my body made me cheat because it is running out of abnormal fat . . . but there's still a good amount of fat on me and I want it gone!
