Going away on P2

I'm going away to New York next week for 6 days. Just wondering if people have some tips on eating while away or know of where to eat? I will be staying in a hotel so won't have the option to cook my meals. Also wondering should I go off the hcg prior to going and go into maintenance for a week (I'll be on my period for most of my trip) then continue P2 when I get back? I'll be on day 23 of P2 when I leave. Thanks ahead of time for your tips!

I am about to go on a work trip and I'm stopping P2 2 days before I leave - so that I can continue my 500 calorie days at home. My first day on the trip I'll be in P3. MUCH easier eating out and about that way.

That said, you CAN do P2, if you really want and need to keep losing, while traveling. I located a good market near my hotel beforehand, and called the hotel ahead to ask for a fridge. Upon arrival, I stocked up on apples and melba toast. Then for lunch I usually had a caesar salad with no dressing or croutons, and for dinner I had a broiled meat and a steamed veggie. (It's good to repeat about 3 times that you prefer NO OIL in preparation of anything). The $$ really adds up eating out that way though.
