I am too. I can't take all this meat/fat, lol. I hear ppl say they feel so good on lower carb/higher protein diets, but I'm strugglin' with it.

Myrna, how tall are you? I was almost exactly the same weight as you when I started R1. I am so excited to get to where you're at now...I will probably do an extended round this time (depending on how the hunger is with the new hcg I ordered). My goal is almost the same as yours, with my height I can aim to 134-151 but I feel really good around 145-150.

I'm 5'6" - I did an extended P2 because I have several trips coming up, starting next month. We're camping in Sept (I'll load the day I get back) - I'm going on a mom-cation with my bffs from high school in Oct - and then in late Nov/early Dec we're doing a family cruise.

I'd LOVE nothing more than to be able to share pics, that include ME, for these trips. I'm usually the one who volunteers to take the pics so I don't have to be IN them.

That's the goal anyway. :P

Oooh sounds like you have alot of fun coming up!! Will you be in P2 when you go on your trip with your friends? Or are you hoping to be in P3/P4 by then? I want to lose as much as I can by the middle of October when I go back to my homestate to host a baby shower. I want to shock my friends- last time they saw me I was about 215 lbs I will probably do an extended round this time (I cant remember if I mentioned that in my first post)..

Here's to both of us being PROUD to be in pics soon!!

I'll be in P4 in time for NYC if I only do the minimum P2 next round.

I'm actually so sick of P3 that I keep having this internal debate with myself about maybe going back to P2 before camping. I've done P2 and traveled without much trouble at all. Plus, we'll have electricity hook-ups so I could take my blender, and I could just precook like my last trip, or grill some chicken each night. It's only a 3 night trip.

As of now, after camping is the plan, though. I wonder if I'm the only person who doesn't care for P3 at all, lol.

What kind are you going to use? I used the intermountain pellets and still have a ton left, so I'll just use those (originally, I ordered 2 bottles, and didn't even finish one - so I keep one in my purse, and one at home, lol.)

My first round was with the same pellets that you're using and I suffered from alot of hunger, so I ordered a different brand for the next round- its called hcg 3000. Im just that it is better at suppressing my appetite. At the very least, I hope it's not any worse than the netrition brand was for me.

That's weird how different things work for different ppl. I've read that some ppl had luck with adjusting the dosage of the intermountain ones, but I dunno - never had to.

Good luck with the new stuff! Hope it works for ya, b/c that no hunger thing is really awesome.

Thanks! I really hope so too. I tried everything with my Intermountain pellets, changed the dosage six ways til sunday, and changed the times I took them. Dont get me wrong, it was okay, but there were definitely many many days that I had hunger all through the day. It was manageable, but Im hoping to find a product that takes the hunger all but away for the majority of the day. What times do you take yours each day?

I had my phone set to alarm at 9am, I'd eat around noon, then another dose at 3pm, I'd eat around 6, and my last dose at 9pm.

I do have the luxury of not having to be at work or take the kids to school (we homeschool), and since my dh works nights, we don't wake up early like most families. So the 9am was also my alarm clock, lol.

The only thing I had before lunch was coffee, tea, water, etc.

No, 3 doses, 3 pellets each - 9am, 3pm, 9pm. The other times (noon and 6pm) are when I ate my meals.

sorry to interrupt, just thought I'd raise my hand as another home schooling mom. Two of mine have graduated, one is done with college and on to the Army and the youngest is a senior in high school.

You must be so proud!! Hard work, but totally worth it, IMO.

I agree, you must be VERY proud! Homeschooling is SO.MUCH.WORK. To get your kids all the way through it and graduated is a magnificent accomplishment!
