P2 menus for WEDNESDAY. what's on your's?

20oz coffee w/3T HH
L: wrap with 90 calorie flatout, chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, WF dressing; an apple.
S: lettuce, P2 chili with chicken (not for sure on this yet) OR lettuce and a strawberry protein smoothie with green tea.

drinks: water, maybe green tea

yeah...plus what i usually use for my 100 cal of grain is generally a whole grain product versus the pure white product that the breadsticks and melbas are. i just can't wrap my mind around eating a "white" flour product like that.

I'm eliminating the fruit and starch for a day or two, so:

Lunch: soup made of cumin and chili powder seasoned 96/4 ground beef and chicken broth

Dinner: gonna create a sort of "chinese chicken salad," with finely sliced bok choy and sauteed chicken, and a dressing of rice vinegar, ginger, sweetener and low sodium soy sauce

I don't do grissini, it calls to me!

Same thing I had the other day when I posted, lol.
I always make 4 servings of whatever and eat it for 4 lunches in a row and then I either have chicken or fish for dinner.
