I'm so nervous I might have eaten too much
I had a bad bounce back on my steak day last week. But that may have been due to lots of alcohol and my body not being ready for all that yet.
This is day 8 of P3 and I ate a LOT of protein today. I was so careful not to eat too much cheese or dairy today (only h+h in my coffee) and I might have overdone it in the protein dept. I was pretty hungry towards dinner and ate a bunch when I got home. About 8oz of steak, a LARGE piece of pepperoni and an additional 4-5oz of ground beef. I feel gross now. What's going to happen tomorrow? UGH!!! I hope not a rebound to my steak day yesterday. I'm sure I hit almost 2800-3000 cals. ![]() |

Wow! I have no idea, but I am hoping you are pleasantly surprised with very little reaction. I have never eaten that many calories in a day since starting. Good luck no matter how it turns out you can fix it.

Personally, I think your only issue is going to be the salt in the pepperoni!
Start lemon water for sure all day tomorrow. Sometimes we're just hungry! It happens |

Im sure if you're up in the morning, its water retention from the sodium! Good job sticking to protein though, you could have overdone it in a much less healthy way.

I hope you wake up to a good number!
Also agree...love pepperoni but it's chock full of delicious sodium! I can usually handle a salty lunch but if at dinner, next day's weight will often be up. |

I’m up 1lb, but I think it’s due to bulk. Not bad at all, and I’m still way within my window. I honestly ate lots of calories, but now that I think about it rationally, I’m good. Thanks ladies!
Thankfully, I have no more pepperoni and today, I won’t eat as much at night. I probably won’t be as hungry, so with lemon water and cardio today, I’m sure I’ll be back at the bottom of my window in the morning. ![]() |
