what "P" am I in?

I am on my second loading day and start the low calorie diet tomorrow. I have had one shot. Here is what I am planning to eat tomorrow:

B- apple, lemon juice shot (drink)
L- 4.5 oz shrimp, 12 spears asparagus
D- 3.5 oz chicken breast, frozen stir fry veggies (to add to make 500 calories)

I know they recommend that we do not eat breakfast, but I am thinking I will need something. I will probably be able to give it up once I get into the diet.

I am excited! So am I P1 or P2?

Hi ggg and welcome!!! You are in P1 tonight and begin the P2 journey tomorrow!!! Are you doing the 43 day plan, hhcg, hcg, sublingual or injection? Has nothing to do with what P you are in....I'm just nosey!!
Wish you great success with this plan. It works if you stick to the Protocol!!!!

P2....
There really isn't a P1 or P2 according to Dr. Simeons, who developed the diet. P1 comes from Kevin Trudeau who stole the diet and wrote a book, but for the sake of clarity here they use P2, P3 and P4.

Loading is all part of the Simeons diet. All phases are important. While she is loading and taking hcg, she is in P2.

I am taking the shots M-W-F, B-12 added on M-F shot. I got my first shot on Monday and the guy said to eat normal then start the diet Wednesday so my body doesn't go into starvation mode. There are some extra things I have to do in the morning- no later that 20 minutes after I wake up I have to do a lemon juice shot. I have a cup with lines and I mix lemon juice and water and drink it. Then I pour more lemon juice in the cup and pour it into my first of three quarts of water. I got gatorade jugs and emptied them to measure my water for the day. I am cooking my food now for lunch tomorrow.
I also need to take potassium.
So I can post in the P2 sections..yippee! I belong somewhere!

So you are not loading? There is no fun in that You should load on some really yummy fatty stuff. I love loading Loading is how you are NOT hungry on the first few days of the very low calorie days while the hcg is working its way into your system.
