Starting P3 question........confused!

I was on the hhcg drops for 27 days. I ended the drops Friday night @ 4:30 P.M. my weight on Saturday morning was 232.6. I continued on the VLCD diet for the next 48 hours Saturday and Sunday to rid my body of the remaining hhcg in my system. On Saturday morning my weight stayed the same at 232.6. On Sunday morning I went down another pound to 231.6.

My question is: now that I have started Phase 3 do I use the 232.6 as my weight to maintain +/- 2.0 pounds? Or do I use my lowest weight which was 231.6?

I started my phase 3 on Sunday night after 4:30 P.M (48 hours elapsed since the last dosage of drops) and I woke up Monday morning weighing 233.0

Am I .06 ounces away from a steak day?
231.6 (lowest weight) to 233.0 (current weight) = (+1.4)

Am I 1.6 ounces away from a steak day?
232.6 (Weight after the last doasge) to 233.0 (current weight) = (+.4)

Why doesn't the weight loss during the 48 hour waiting period off the HHCG drops count?

Lisa is right, and if you go over 234.6, then thats time to do a steak day. This will be your last doseage weight and it doesnt change at all.

The waiting period is so that you can have time to get hcg out of your system. If you were to eat normally you could gain weight at an alarming rate.

The purpose of having a last dose weight is so you can maintain your new low weight and have a plan on what to do if you go over those two pounds.

So if you're at 233.0 right now you have 1.6 lbs cushion before you need to take action and do a correction day. This is normal. =)

No problem, just remember no starch or sugar and you can have more fats like avocado, cheeses, olive oil that will help you maintain.

Post more often please we need some guys in here!

Did you weigh yourself on Friday? If so, that would be your last dose weight. If you didn't, then I agree with the others as far as using Saturday's weight.

I think you meant the first weight you posted for Friday, but I'm not sure?

^^^Agree with LB. Your last dose weight is your weight the day that you last took your hcg. Sounds like Friday's weight to me. Add two pounds to that and that is the top of your window. Anything you lost after that is just gravy (or wiggle room) for P3.

Hello Lilac, I stopped the HHCG drops on Friday @ 4:30 P.M. My Saturday morning weight was 232.6. My Sunday morning weight was 231.6.

I waited the 48 hours which was Saturday @ 4:30 (24 hours) and Sunday @ 4:30 (48 hours). I ate turkey chili with sour cream, cheese and copped onions and jalepanos for dinner Sunday night. I woke up this morning at 233.0

I was confused on whether I should be using the Sunday Morning weight 231.6 or Saturday morning weight which was 232.6. Thanks to everyone on here it sounds like 232.6 is the weight I should be maintaining at so I am still comfortably in the +/- 2.0 pound range.

I guess it doesn't matter since my weight on Friday while taking the drops was 232.6 and my weight on Saturday morning after stopping the drops was 232.6 so I am still good.

Gotcha. Yes you go by the weight you were on the morning that you took your last dose. So if you weighed 232.6 on Friday, but weighed 231.6 on Saturday, you would go by Friday's 232.6. Since you weighed the same on both days, it doesn't matter.
