Some days it feels like it's been a 1,000+....fortunately today isn't one of those for me (knocking on wood to avoid the hex I just put on myself).

Lunch: Grilled chicken with lemon pepper seasoning, asparagus with black pepper seasoning, 4 strawberries (sliced), 1 melba toast.

Dinner: 3.5 oz. beef, mushrooms, baked apple, 1 melba toast.

Water all day, diet coke for a treat, hot tea with lemon.

Today is day 7 for me, down 11 pounds!

I am having
B- tea
L- cabbage, beef and tomatoes that I cooked in the crockpot as a soup
D- tilapia with asparagus and strawberries
Water, water, water and more water!

I do not do grissini because last time I tried this I ended up eating the whole package on day 3, lol. They call to me so loudly I can't do it.

Bought a 5 oz. lobster tail @ Meier for $7.99. I figure, without the shell, it'll be about 3.5 oz. I only have these occasionally because of the expense. Looking forward to it, but will miss the dipping butter.

Black coffee and water all morning
L 100g grilled chicken, lettuce with apple cider vinegar
D 100ggrilled lean filet, lettuce with ACV
water, water, water
If I eat a snack it will be 100g strawberries

I realized after dinner that I should have had a different veggie. I did not eat the melba or grissini on R1, so I probaly won't this time either.

I thought you weren't supposed to repeat your protein for lunch and dinner?

Nope. It says nowhere in Pounds and Inches that you have to switch up your foods for lunch/dinner. That is a tactic if you are stalled AND eating the same foods all the time. I know of several people who eat the same thing every day, day in and day out every single day on protocol and they do well!!

A great marinade, but a tad rogue is juice from an orange, a titch of cumin, cilantro, a dash of stevia, garlic, onion, and a splash of tequila...

Not butter, but not a plain boring lobster! (great grilled)
I figure cuz it's a marinade, and you don't eat the stuff (except the guts of the orange as your fruit) it's ok.
