Help me sort it all out

I'm confused. (That's my usual state of mind anyway). Hope someone can give me some direction.
I started P1 loading on July 3,2011 and then P2 on July 5. When exactly do I need to stop the drops, stay on 500 calories for 3 more days (72 hrs). Would that be on Sunday August 14 which is the 43rd day or stop the drops on Wednesday the 17th which will be the 45th day. Thanks for your help with this journey.
I'm following Dr. Simeons protocol. Doing the 45 day journey.

youre going to continue until you are ready to stop and at that point stop the drops and 48 hours later you can go to p3 and eat anything but starch and sugar. This is to get it out of your system completely before you start eating regularly so that you doint gain weight.

eg if you do 45 day round you will stop taking the drops on the 43rd day follow very low calorie for 2 days andthen go to p3. So that would be today right? If you take your drops today then no more drops and p3 on tuesday morning, but its really all up to you my dear.

Thanks so much LaraSuzz. I knew that Dr. S specifically said to stop the plan when 34 pounds were reached. I'm currently at 31 pounds so may continue till I get to 34. Thanks again.

Okay everybody, here's one more question. What becomes your "target weight". I'm not sure that's what it's called but I'm talking about the weight that you are supposed to stay within 2 pounds over or under.

weight the morning you stop taking the hcg.

If you stop after your last dose on Sunday, eat 500 cal Mon and Tue, and begin P3 on Wed.
Your Last Dosing Weight (LDW) is what you weighed on Sunday. You need to stay +/- 2 pounds from that.

If you're taking prescription hcg, you need 72 hours (3 days) of VLC with no hcg. With homeopathic, 2 days is sufficient.
