I'm few minutes away from completing 72 hours of no HCG. Is it okay to eat some ribs?

Okay so my last dose of hcg was somewhere around 6 pm 2 days ago. It's 5:46PM right now so I'm about to finish the 72 hour period of no hcg and ready to enter Phase 3 of maintenance. My mom is making some pork ribs tonight do you think it's okay to eat them today or should I wait a little bit. I don't have anything else to eat other than what my mom will cook tonight. I ran out of chicken breasts I've been using on phase 2. Today I ate microwaved scrambled eggs (full egg and two whites) for lunch. I don't have any more eggs in the fridge for dinner. I'm honestly still not hungry even after 3 days of no hcg I'm just craving the ribs just because I'll be on phase 3...I'm afraid maybe there's still bits of hcg left in my body and the ribs might cause some effect.

Before hcg 147 after hcg for 23 days 135. I lost 11 pounds the first week 2-3 pounds the next week and never lost again I just stalled the entire time.

As long as there are no sugars in the sauce, you should be ok, however, many people prefer to ramp up their calorie/fat content gradually over the first few days. Perhaps you could avoid the fatty bits, drink lots of water and see how it affects you. HTH

Minutes away? I would.
Hours away, I wouldn't. Been there done that and had a 3 lb gain next day.
Just be prepared for a tiny spike from salt, and dont even think about it with sugar.
How much cushion do you have, like whats your last dosage weight versus what you weigh now? I dont think you have much cushion according to your posting.
Are you prepared to do a steak day or a correction day of you gain?
These are things I would ask myself.

My mom marinaded the ribs with normal marinades that contained all kinds of ingredients even sugar. I honestly didn't care...I just thought..you know what all those ingredients will be burnt up when cooked. I ate two ribs the first day without any bbq sauce which could've made them tastier. The next day I lost like less than a pound ate another rib and an almond flour burger got back to my normal weight. The ribs haven't affected me at all...even when the marinade contained ingredients not allowed on P3. But then again....my weight had stalled for 10+ days while I was on P2. Maybe my body had already stabilized back then.

Random: I enjoyed some delicious Chocolate delight today. I wish I knew I could eat this even in P2. But I'll be making more of it now that I know about it
