I played around with my dosage and found 3/2/3 was better for me. My hunger really subsided in the late afternoon when I decreased it from 3 to 2. I tried going up to 4 pellets but that did nothing.

I'm using the intermountain drops, but also found that I did better on 8 drops 3 x a day vs 10 drops 3 x a day.

for some, it can be. others need to increase. try decreasing and if that doesn't work, maybe you need to increase slightly.

For me it wasn't so much about adjusting the dosage as it was getting used to the diet. Now I can go for a very long period of time and not be hungry at all.

Me too Tonia! Less on the pellets is better for my hunger. I usually take 3 in the morning, 3 in the afternoon, and then either 2 or none at night. I have very little hunger.

I did the intermountain pellets and had alot of hunger that first week but it does get bette! Drink LOTS and LOTS of tea when you're hungry, that helps. Also, a trick that I picked up from another gal here, is dont take your last dose until you are ready for bed. for some of us, taking that dose always triggered hunger. As soon as I started putting off that last dose at night, my hunger significantly decreased. Hang in there, it is a challenge at first but it does get better!

I am not as starving today as I usually am!! And you know what, I forgot to take my last dose yesterday. I took it about 5 or 6 this morning....whenever I woke up to go to the bathroom.

If you skip a dose and are more hungry, you need to up your dosage. If you skip a dose and you are less hungry, you are taking too much.

I had that problem with pellets too...ended up taking them 30 minutes before lunch, dinner, and right before bed. I usually also dosed 3/2/3.

I'm going to do the drops again this next time...for me the hunger control seems better.

I did 4/3 and drops right before bed. I didn't have any luck with the intermountain drops during the day ( I was too impatient to try dosing up and down..lol)...so instead of wasting them, I kept adjusting them for my nighttime dosage and when I got up at 5am I wasn't hungry. I lost 37lbs in 43 days with the pellets and will definitely be using them next week when I go back on P2.
