P3 vacation tips Needed Soon
I will be on p3 three days before a 2 week trip to the northeast. All food will be from dining out. Now I have been on p3 once before, but worried about eating out so much with salt etc. Any tips from other vacation land p3'ers?

I simply follow the no starch no sugar rule. I try to eat until I am full and I snacka lot. I dont do the BMR thing too complicated. I find if I eat clean nothing bad happens. I think CMarie does that calculating stuff.
There is no advice on calculating the number of calories but let me pm you an article I follow... Lara |

thanks lara, got the article, last p3, I had constant correction days by doing my bmr thing, really wanted to try something else, but its easier to know a calorie range when eating out I think anyways. Mary

Your BMR multiplier is (from memory)...
BMR x 1.2 for sedentary 1.35 for light exercise 2-3 times per week (including walking) 1.5 for moderate exercise 4-5 times per week 1.75 for moderate to heavy exercise 6-7 days per week 1.9 for marathon/competition training or twice-daily workouts Something like that anyway... |
