Finally started load day 1 today!! Need advise!!!

So after reading this forum for days, I FINALLY started day 1 today!!! I'm excited, nervous, anxious, scared and extremely full from stuffing myself all day!!! I'm looking for someone else who just started to take the journey with!!! Also some old pros that can help me along the way!! Thanks!
