Spliting food up

I have a question...I started Aug. 4 loading day and well I have a question.

Is there any reason why I couldn't have my 'lunch' for breakfast and my breakfast for lunch?

There is no breakfast on P2. Unless you are counting your coffee as breakfast What are you switching up?

I think you can have the food when you want it--or more importantly when you can fit it into your schedule. So long as you are not adding in any food, then you should be good!! I know of some people that have half their lunch for breakfast and the other half for lunch. So you can do it that way too. But seriously half a portion of chicken is next to nothing

As usual, I agree with Dawn lol

I often prep my foods for the day and then eat them whenever I feel like it.
Couple bites protein at 10:30, half an apple at noon, salad and rest of protein at 2 pm, etc etc

Just don't eat 2 portions of any food group at the same time, like all of your daily breadsticks for breakfast.

Thanks!! That is what I was thinking of doing. I just wanted to know if there were reasons I shouldn't.

I walk/swim in the mornings and I would like to eat after kind of thing so I can focus at work. :-)

Thanks again

I'd sometimes have one of my fruits for breakfast if I were hungry. I tended to try to eat the sugar or starchy stuff early for the energy and focus my meals on meat and veggies.
