Start Date: 05/18/2013 Round ???
Well, I was back on track yesterday and after my load of the weekend (to get back on P2..UGH), I was up 10 lbs from load, but down 8.8 this morning... so I am not nearly as bloated as I was a couple days ago. Had terrible leg cramps yesterday, something I have not gotten since I started trying HCG back in January, and i was on 5 potassium yesterday too.. weird, but that mostly feels better today too!!

Heres to keeping my mouth shut and being successful this time!

Great job to the losses and hugs to the stalls!!

FINALLY the scale is moving in the right direction. Down 1.6 this morning, for a net loss of .4 over the last 3 days. Better than up again...going to do another protein day today and see if I can finally get to the 180s.

Girl, you're taking this too seriously! I know "talking you down from the ledge" is a figure of speech, but weight fluctuations happen. There are too many other things in life that can send someone to the ledge to be worried about the scale not moving or going up a bit.

Hi ladies!!! I am down .8 this morning.

It my dad's birthday today and tonight I am going over their place for dinner. They are very supportive of my weight loss and are fine with me bringing my P2 Chili over for my dinner. I also got my dad a single serving of chocolate cake. He is the only that will eat it and it keeps him from eating too much of it.

I hope everyone has a great day!

Corey thanks. I am a very positive person most always actually. This one is just running me in the ground. Now I can trade you... I can run 6-7 miles a morning, no problems.!!! but I cannot say no to a sample of cookies! LOL

Sounds like a sound plan Lildrew! Nice work! That would be good for me, single serving, or I would want some... my weakness, sweets!!

So I was down another 1.2 today, so 10.2 in 2 days (water weight of course) but thats okay, I wont have to drag it out over many days to get rid of that part at least..

Hope you all have a great Wednesday, and congrats on the losses, hugs on the stalls!!

Haha I have been trying to lose these same 20 lbs now for about 2 years... probably where my "faux negativity" comes from... I got close in May of this year, went on vacation and gained it back and still have not been able to break it down again. I will keep trying though!

Lil, sounds like a great plan to me. Good work coming up with a strategy so you can enjoy your get-together and still stay on target. And WTG on the .8!!

Lisa, I know it's not really ledge-worthy. It's just frustrating to get soooooo close to the 180s and be around soooooo much yummy food that I can't eat just to have the scale taunt me like that. I'm over it now. For the most part. :blush:

I know you've had a tough time. And I didn't mean to sound "high and mighty". It's hard when the scale won't move or moves in the wrong direction. But it's all about our health. As long as you're eating healthy, the scale and your body will cooperate.

Whats up girls---been in p3 for the past 2 1/2 weeks---i stabalized @ 5lbs over ldw due to me not transitioning into p3 properly--just checking in with you guys--Seems like those of you that are still in p2-*whew--thats tough*--are still hanging in there!

Lisa, I didn't take it as high and mighty. I appreciate the support. I know I need to keep a long-term perspective - sometimes it's easy to lose that in the frustrations of the day-to-day.


I also just realized today that it is Day 21 for me - I'm halfway through P2!! Yippee!! I'm really looking forward to expanded food options on P3.

Good morning everyone! The scale was kind to me today...kind of. I lost .8, which is great. Now I'm right at 190.0. I'm really having to work to break into the 180s!!! I had my weekly check-in with my Dr yesterday and they measure every week too. I've lost 4 inches overall in the last week, most noticeably 1.25 in my waist and 1.75 in my thighs. So it wasn't just my imagination that the capris I wear every week to the dr are much baggier now!

I'm doing my 3rd protein-only day today. I told the dr yesterday that I've been much less hungry while doing protein only, so he said to stick with it for a few more days because my body is out of whack with how it responds to even good carbs like veggies. So I'll do protein-only for maybe 2 more days and then slowly introduce veggies again, one meal at a time, and then fruit, to try to reset how my body responds to them.

Anyway, enough about me. I hope everyone has a wonderful day and sees great things on AND off the scale.

Hi Mia! Just short of 2 weeks left for me. I transition to P3 on the 23rd but would have continued P2 if I had the time. Are you doing correction days to get back down?

I'm down .4 today and I'm happy about it since I had large meat portions yesterday! My calories were 604 for the day. :blush:

Morning ladies, down anotther 1.4 this morning, thats 11.8 in 3 days (10 load, 1.8 true), so I will take it. Feeling like I am getting at least somewhere this round, so I hope it stays steady for a bit... Good job Desi on hitting 190... tomorrow the 180s and a new decade
