I felt like weight loss was hopeless before I started hcg. I had given up on LC because I wasn't losing and I didn't care any more. I reached my highest weight and was seriously depressed. Hcg gave me hope and after reading the accomplishments of the ladies on these forums I was ready to try it. My outlook on life is so different now!

Give this a try and stick with it. YOU are worth it. You can find support from everybody on this forum. We're ready to help! Become a loser, what's stopping you?

You may need to adjust your dose. PM Lildrew, she went through the same thing with pellets.

Thank you for the encouragement!! It sounds like I am where you used to be. I have lost weight In the past just to quickly put it back on plus a few. I am now at my heaviest and just miserable. I dont even like going anywhere or doing things anymore. I am tired of staying covered at the beach. I will start loading Saturday. I have to stop this yo-yo lifestyle.

I'm still uncomfortable leaving the house. My weight has made me a hermit. No more. Life is too short! Good luck to you!

You are doing GREAT!!
I have been sick for the past 3 days. EVERYTIME I start a diet I get sick!!

I am still trying to stick to this despite being sick!!
I have lost a few lbs. I havent weighed since being sick.
I have lots of energy still.
Also, I cant eat as much.
Last night dh brought a meal that I would usually eat ALL of it ad was only able to eat 1/4 of it...if that!!
